How do i get the pillows to get unflat? I followed the picture directions and its not working for me

They can be washed and dried. I suggest dryer balls or tennis balls in the dryer to fluff them back up. Do not use bleach!

We put extra filling than other pillows ,so it can holds it's shape and supports your head while being soft & comfy.

How long can they remain shrink wrapped for storage purposes?

That's a question for the manufacturer. I opened mine immediately.
