Phenomenal
Great backpack. It actually exceeded my expectations and that’s saying a lot, because I'm fairly particular about the things I buy. I usually spend days researching and reading reviews before I make a purchase. This is one of the few times that I didn’t do that, and I feel as if I hit the jackpot. It is very spacious and accommodating for everything that I need in order to survive for some time in the wilderness. It is tactical. The molle strapping is superb. Also, the extra pockets lend themselves to carrying those things that you are constantly needing to get your hands on quickly. Those extra pockets are also very spacious a designed with functionality in mind. The backpacks overall harness system is sturdy and comfortable on your shoulders. I also love the way it adjusts to accommodate short to tall torsos and everything in between. You won’t regret this purchase. Did I use the word, phenomenal? That would be a good descriptor for this particular backpack.

*** Update*** One Well Built Pack
Ok! Here goes a review after a 12 day straight backpacking trip to New Mexico where I did close to 78 miles. The pack had a variable weight in it between 56 and 65 pounds depending on how much food I was carrying at the time. I have read regarding the single stitching construction but I would say that I never felt it to be an issue. The zipper might need your help to be closed if you are accessing your stuff from the full front loading flap… which I think is a great feature, but obviously the pack will loose the shape and you will need to keep it in place while closing. If you prefer, the pack main compartment can be accessed through a top loading flap as well. The hip belt has a expandable pocket on the right side that should fit a 1 Liter of water bottle (like a smart water) without issues. Keep in mind that when you tighten it, it makes the opening of such pocket a bit tighter but nothing that will impede you to use it. That was my main water carrier during the hike. The two sided elastic pockets carried 2 Nalgene bottles but I would use those once I had reached the campsites. The pack has a bladder pocket but I never used it as I don’t like bladders since I cannot tell how much water I’m consuming, which is an issue if headed to a dry camp. The rain cover was big enough to cover my pack with a bottom addition of a foam sleeping mat held by Velcro straps tied to the Molle and a fly tent tied on the top by the backpack straps. At some point I had to carry extra weight to help one of the members of the expedition and the pack did rose to the occasion. Shoulder straps were comfortable enough and I would say that the adjustment straps options available are comparable to some name brands available in the market, and really felt superb the fit I was able to achieve; the pack glued to my back like a glove. I was able to shift the weight between my hips and my shoulders without any issues. Also the feature of the adjustable height for shoulder straps feels very customizable and easy to change. To be fair, I saw the pack struggling a bit in that arena in terms of the stitching when carrying heavy loads (65 pounds) as you could see the stitches holding the shoulder straps adjustment system being push to their limits (yet never ripped). I would say this pack was as good, and better in some senses, compared to an Ospray 75L pack I used last year. My only negative comment, yet again, are the buckles for the hip strap and the chest strap… they seemed a little tricky to unbuckle as opposed to some others I have used in the past, yet nothing that would discourage me from using the pack again and again. I love this pack and I know you will too!!! Happy hikes my friends. I bought this as my primary pack for monthly 3-4 day weekends. So far the pack has performed very good. It feels of a solid construction. Space wise… great. It has the option of a top opening or a complete front opening for the main compartment which I found ideal to keep all my gear accessible and organized. The adjusting height for shoulder straps is a feature I love and that works smoothly. Plenty of pocket options. The two main lateral pockets are insanely deep. They should fit folded trekking poles nicely. As for other stuff, it may be a little uncomfortable having to dig all the way down to grab let’s say a water bottle or something. Yet, it has small water bottle elastic pockets on the side as well that should avoid the need of using the deep ones. The two front pockets are roomy. Tons of adjustment options, so shifting the weight when needed was a breeze. I will be trying it out on a long hike soon but I do not expect any issues. I’m very pleased with this pack. The only CON: some of the plastic adjusting webbing component parts feel kind of delicate. Yet again, none has failed so far and even if they do, they could be changed quickly on the fly (Provided that you got spares and kept them with you) The main concerning one is the plastic buckle clip for the waist support strap. But again… I have not had an issue with it and I have requested a substitute just in case it fails while on a trek. Aside of that, I am loving this pack.

Great budget ruck!
Haven't had a chance to take this out yet, but I'm very pleased so far. It feels sturdy and is very comfortable to wear. It easily holds my 72-hour loadout with room to spare. Lots of MOLLE webbing. It has a long sleeve pocket on each side which could hold a rifle, axe, rope, or what have you. Beneath these sleeves are pockets for water bottles that are big enough to comfortably fit a 1qt canteen with cup. Also has multiple straps for attaching gear to the outside. Without having been able to put it through the paces yet, I'm very pleased. Great value too.

I like it, but…
I’ve now had the pack for about 3weeks and used twice for heavy stuff, the sizing attachment points are not sewn to handle heavy loads >80lbs, started to unstich and roll up on from the rubbing of nylon on nylon, I really wasn’t expecting to like this pack, throw it on, be disappointed and return it, But, this thing is awesome. #1. Price (off the backs ofChinese slave labor, thank you I hate that you get exploited on my behalf), #2. It’s made well enough. It’s not my mystery ranch, but it’s a good pack. Anyway at times I end up having to get on top of roofs of high rise buildings so climbing up some stairs and ladders with heavy stuff. This is a big pack, loaded with about 85 pounds of cables and tools, it fits my back, carrying the weight sucks but the pack isn’t stressing and zippers are holding out, the actual distribution and the way it rides is also ok. I like the access to the main compartment and that I don’t mind dragging it around over the ground due to its price. The shoulder strap attachments allow for adjustment though in my case it fit the way it came on large. It’s not padded like some packs, it’s basically on par with the old ALICE pack padding maybe a little softer. I’d buy again, for what I do with it. I still like it, but don’t expect it be on par with the better US made packs

Amazing bag!
Amazing bag! It's not heavy , on its own. The carry straps are completely adjustable and can accommodate any-size person wearing it. pockets, Pockets, POCKETS! There are sooo many pockets, of every size, so you can organize efficiently. Some really great features in this bag, so I highly recommend it.

This pack is a great buy. For how cheap it is, it does everything you need. The material, stitching and buckles are good and strong. Iv used it for a 3 day bush mission already and it went great. Heaps of room especially with all the molle pouches you can put on it.

Poorly made, typical of chinese made products, not as advertised in volume either.
