i bought this for my children to do school work on in the first lock down, and were now on the 3rd and we have never been able to use this laptop as it runs that slow it is no good, don't waste your money cheep and nasty

Update: after 1 month the laptop stopped turning on for no reason. The seller doesn't answer for this reason I suggest not to buy this ----- When I opened the box in which the only thing written on it is "computer" I though that probably I've bought a plastic toy for kids. when I pressed the "on" button it actually turned On and moreover it's even fast enough to allow web surfing, videos streaming and light gaming (I installed age of empires II) I did not expect anything because you know, it's a cheap laptop. but my mother loves it, it's very light and the screen quality is very good. Another good thing is that you can upgrade the memory inside (which is only 64Gb) with an SSD. I plugged a 256GB SSD and it was recognized with no problems. The laptop came with already installed few essential softwares, among them, a light version of office, which allows to write and read documents in a faster way then MS Office. I've tried to install gimp and it works fine.. Audio is good and battery last long. FINAL CONSIDERATION: you know that for this price range this is not a workstation, is not a gaming laptop, is not a productivity machine... this is a good entry level with a small price, born to be used sitting on a sofa watching movies, listening to music or for cloud productivity (I was able to install and run chrome os on another SSD and booting from the SSD you can have a faster experience but just cloud based). If you buy this laptop as the entry level this laptop is, you won't be disappointed

Very slow laptop have to keep turning it off and on all the time. Takes ages to load pages and other apps on it

Overall good, but don't think built for UK Market. Batter life good, very light and small, and works well. With added memory card has plenty of room for files, and main storage for win 10 and updates. Only negative is power unit, it has a crazily short lead which makes awkward to use. Cant get done UK symbols on key board. Overall good and great value for money.

so I bought this today and when I first got it it was great went to download windows 10 and it crashed then it completely stopped working it took me nearly 20 minutes to type google into search bar How ever I turned it off and charged it for about an hour and have switched it back on and so far touch wood it seems to be ok I don't do complicated things on the internet so I think its gonna be ok for what I need but reading all the latest reviews on this when I bought it I may have reconsidered however for what I need it for so far so good so ended up having yo contact seller who was great computer just didn't work after all so he refunded my money with no issues and also told me not to return laptop but its stopped working anyway but seller was really helpful

It's awesome, light and lovely. You might want to buy SSD card to expand the memory. However, it has good value for money.

Hate to leave non positive reviews, but it’s honest. The laptop arrived on time and was well packaged. Thin and lightweight. Bought as a birthday present for my son to help with school work due to lockdown. Full battery on opening, my son then tried to personalise the laptop but froze for 10 mins. Left it until it resumed, thinking that it was initial startup procedure. However after trying a couple of built in apps (that froze), added AVG free and tried to logon to my Wi-Fi. U.S. keyboard made it difficult, once logged on that was the end of the laptop. Crashed to blue screen of death twice. That was me done, hit the refund button. Read the reviews that were mixed but thought it couldn’t be that bad. But didn’t really get as far as some people. Bought a named brand for £50 more.

It suited my needs perfectly but you do need to have a bit of knowledge to get the best from it. It feels light and nice to the touch.
