q) "what size (in mm) is the shaft adapter outer?" It’s a tapered adapter. Approximate adapter dimensions are as follows. The total length of the adapter is 33.56 mm. Collar diameter 14.74 mm. Collar length to start of taper (chamfer in-between the collar and the start of the taper) 12.48 mm. Diameter of taper (large end) 12.10 mm. Diameter of taper (small end) 11.22 mm (just before end chamfer). Length of taper 20.16 mm. Note: Although I have given dims to 2 decimal places, I don't have the necessary engineering equipment for truly accurate measurement, but they are reasonably accurate (I used electronic vernier callipers, hand-held).

Can i supply the 12v motor with 24v? or is it a seperate motor that i have to buy for 24v?

Yes you can use 12v or 24v to run this motor running on 24v will make it go faster

Is this powerful enough for a child's go kart

No, 30 W is too low. I assume that the go kart is for play and not for competition. As a rough guide to suitable motor wattage, look up electric scooters for children on Amazon. Motors are usually ~120 W. Some of the more powerful 775 dc motors with suitable gearing down would be well worth a look. Plenty of these on Amazon (roughly the same dimensions as the WMYCONGCONG motor) and cheap to buy.
