Does what it says
Reduces lactic acid about 80% for me but there is still that 20% haha

Good if you get the right formula
I've gotten the wrong formula a few times and have been disappointed. These seem to be the right ones, in that they are least look the right color, red. I will be able to review better after use.

Busted unusable
Love this product HOWEVER, I'm unable to use it since the glass jars were shattered. Thrown in a bag with no protection against damage...no way to get a refund! BOOOO
