I felt like I was being extravagant when I purchased this spreader but I am so glad that I did. A crepe spreader makes all the difference, i can't believe I used to do it by swirling the batter around in the pan! The quality of the spreader is very good, it is just the right size and the recipe that comes with the spreader is the recipe that I keep coming back to for crepes, they taste great and don't fall apart like other recipes.

OK - I had never made crepes before.... and this spreader makes it SO EASY. If you're looking for the "OK" to buy this product, then consider this review your ticket. You make your batter, drop a good-sized dollup onto the center of the pan, and use the spreader to make perfect, thin crepes. Works great!

This Is a simple but beautifully made, wooden spreader that makes it easier to evenly spread crepe batter. Rather than using a spatula, or simply turning the pan, use the spreader to get a more even layer.There is a bit of knack to it, and I don't have the deftness of those people who run street crepe stands, but there are online videos to show you the moves and you can practice. The dog gets the spoiled crepes, so everyone benefits.

Upon taking out of the package the handle came dislocated from the main piece. We put it back together and when we used it for the first time it did the same thing. Waste of money.

So much more robust than spreader that came with crepe maker. Very pleased with quality!

The quality of the Crepe Spreader is BETTER than I expected. They took care to provide a good product and package it along with care instructions in a plastic bag with their logo sticker.attached. I would buy their product again. The 7 inch size is perfect for me since I will be using it in a 9 inch ( Green Pan ) for crepes.

Great used it the first time the other day. It worked well. Good quality.
