Warm hands and durable...happy me!
I was introduced to these when I was given a free pair by the the man in charge of a the snow making operation for a local ski area. I was making a fuel delivery and I always struggle with frozen fingers when the temp dips below 10°. He handed me a pair of these and it took all of 5 minutes to appreciate how good they are. They're actually surprisingly durable and they stay surprisingly flexible in temps that dip well below zero and keep my hands warm. I'm lucky to have found them and I've purchased 2 more pair and will reorder more for next winter. I don't think there's anything better that can handle petroleum products and I highly recommend them.

The finest winter glove on earth! Buy them for anyone whose hands get cold!
I have used Joka Polar gloves for over 25 years. The originals have held up and only require replacement fleece liners every 15 years! great grip and your hands will stay dry and toasty! The grip is excellent. These are completely waterproof and a great for shoveling, ice fishing, snowmaking, hose handling, forestry work ect. These are not good for fine motor work.

Warm when wet
Love them.. keeps my hands warm when wet.A few downside which I don't care about becuase when its cold out (-20)and your working with water you accept these flaws.Glove liners fall apart sooner than expected.Slick on plastic(chainsaw handles)Stiff and hard to work with if it requires task requires dexterity.I knew the cons and they are well worth the buy. if your handling ropes, tossing fire wood, operating a machinery in the wet and severe cols a must buy. Just don't expect to change a chainsaw bar with out taking them off to tread a nut. They have mittens too. Great for pipe worker. Spent plenty of night on the ski Mt soaked -30 still had warm hands.Vendor can you please make the linings available to by separate I like to let them dry for a day before I use them again..

Feel very warm and comfortable but has an expiration date, really?
As others have said, these are big gloves. As for size, I normally wear an XL and these gloves are just a bit large on my hands but not so much so that they feel like they'd fall off or anything. In fact, I think the little extra room probably will add to the warmth factor of the gloves. I could probably wear a silk glove liner if I wanted to. I haven't tried them in cold weather but as soon as I put them on my hands. they immediately felt very warm which is a good sign. I bought them to use with my snow blower when it's cold out. I don't believe these would work well for cell phone usage. The other thing that surprised me was that I bought these gloves in Feb 2021 and they have a expiration sticker date on them of July 2025. I've never seen a pair of gloves with an expiration date before. I can't help but wonder if they self-destruct or maybe disintegrate on the due date. If they last I'll still wear them as long as they keep my hands warm. I've had other gloves labeled as waterproof that are no longer waterproof but then they're quite old now and not very warm which is why I purchased these gloves. These gloves are comfortable and right now I'd buy them again. I took 1 star off because of the expiration date. I took a star off for thickness because they are very thick. I also took a couple stars off for touch screen because I think it would be very difficult to type or pick icons out on a cell phone. I'll see how they work out next winter and I'll try and update my review if I think about it. Keep in mind the main reason I bought these was to keep my hands warm for snow removal and I think they will work very well for that purpose. Hope this review helps others who might be on the fence. I say go for it.

U.P. approved
I've had a pair of Joka mittens for years, given to me by a great lakes merchant marine. Very warm and durable, but I needed gloves that I could handle a chainsaw with. I put these to work this week in sub- zero temps. Along with silk liners, they have been very good

My husband is a well driller and his hands are in freezing water all day. He loves these gloves as they are light weight, easy to use and keep their hands dry all day.

Best wet & cold gloves ever
Ski patrol in Quebec. These gloves are amazing. The snow making crew use them in brutal cold weather. It’s raining and cold today and I’m super happy and with these gloves. They are loose fitting with ample room to wear liner gloves.Easy on/off and a grippy texture for handling whatever.
