Fantastic quality, fits perfecy, works perfectlu
I have dropped my Note 10+ more than once, and although the screen has survived the case was starting to look worse for the wear and tear. I also enjoy hiking where there is a risk of it getting wet and damaged by water ingress so this case was the perfect solution.I am very impressed by the quality, it fits perfectly and looks very solid and sturdy. The USB-C socket is sealed by a rubber plug on a flap built into the case. I found this difficult to open the very first time after fitting the case and I would recommend fiting the case with the flap open and closing it afterwards. I have not tried in the rain yet but the seals built into the case look quite substantial so I will be very surprised if there is any problem with water ingress. The touch screen also works perfectly, not only visually but also in use you would have no idea that it was behind a waterproof membrane.A surprisingly good quality and well thought out product, not the usual cheap rubbish that is often peddled in the mobile add-on market.Excellent product.

Good Protection but....
Looks like it will give good protection to the Note 10 plus although the fingerprint recognition does not work so i returned the item. Looks very good though and not too bulky

Good phone protection but restricting in other ways
Good case for protection. I have taken my phone screen protector off but it struggles to recognise my fingerprint with case on. The other thing is with it being a sealed case it restricts the sound of your phone ie music etc. The smart pen slot is hard to get back in properly after it's been opened. Other than that all seems good. Can hear and be heard ok on voice and facetime calls.

Horrible plastic case
Bought this case, and as soon as I removed it from its box realized I'd made a mistake.Horrible plastic back, waaaaay to big. At first I wondered of it came with some disposable alignment frame. But then saw, nope, thats the case. And the screen protector leaves a horrible sticky pad over the fingerprint scanner that's just so obvious. And doesn't sit properly, so leaves massive air bubbles. Why make a waterproof case for a phone that's already waterproof. And I doubt this would keep water out if you were a diver or something. So having to open this daft cover each time you want to access the pen destroys one of the main reasons to own a Samsung Note series phone. So I chucked it in the bin.

Take your time applying the fingerprint sticker
Unfortunately I messed up doing the fingerprint sticker and there were no extra ones. Contacted the seller, explained and they sent me three complete (used) but in good condition cases and contents.Number 1 seller and very helpful.Works a treat with face and fingerprint recognition and the case is waterproof as well. Winner winner :)

It's OK...
The case itself looks nice. Easy to put on my note 20 ultra.Little problems that I have with it:-sometimes the screen doesn't recognise my touch, and I have to tap again a little harder. (Gets enjoying after a few times.-back camera when opened takes a while to focus because of the case being in front of the lens.-fingerprint recognition only work half of the time. And I have to hold my finger on the screen for a longer time. (The case has a cut out for fingerprint but still has a protective film just slimmer than rest of screen.-the phone is a little quiter because of the case. When watching a video or something and want more sound I find opening the bottom charging flap helps.- charging flap and phone pen flap is very hard to open. I feel like I'm going to rip the rubber when trying to open it.- the side buttons for me are extremely hard to press. Very stiff and not easy to press.Overall I think its ok. It definitely will keep your phone away from water but the note 20 ultra is waterproof anyway so it doesn't matter. The front screen protector will not help your screen if you drop it face down. It will definitely crack as the case walls don't go high enough to protect the front screen and the case front layer is only foil plastic.

Speaker/Mic sound perfect in the case!
I was nervous that as a waterproof case, the mic and speakers would naturally be sealed to prevent water ingress and therefore distort sound.I have to say that in both speakerphone and standard mode, both people didn't notice my phone was in a waterproof sealed case, they just said I sound the same, nor did they seem unusual or unclear.I can see it would add an element of durability due to its extra size and protection.I've not tested the waterproof element yet, as it's for an upcoming holiday, however it looks like it will do the job and protect from splashes and accidental drops in water.I'm not sure I would trust an £18 case to protect a £1200 phone for underwater photography, however that's not why I bought it so wouldn't hold it against it.Once I'm back from holiday, if it leaked you'll know about it on here. If it didn't, I'll leave my review as 5 star :)Fingerprint element worked perfectly as well as wireless charging. Can't ask for more really.I personally wouldn't use this as an everyday case due it's size, but for holidays, it perfect to pop it in there for a week and then flip back to my other case.

Very solid
The phone feels extremely well protected and I've dropped a few times and not felt even a little bit worried anything would happen to the phone inside. Its very bulky, adding about 5mm each side of the phone.Only downside is the wireless charging works on my computer charger, but not my motorbike handlebar charger.Make sure the phone is clean before you attach the front or the finger print sensor sticker will get debris stuck between it and the sensor.
