Kool 'N' Soothe Migraine Cooling Gel Sheets - 4 Pack

I don't know HOW it works, but it does offer relief. I won't ever be without a handful of these.

Ok, so I sorta blasted this seller for rather slow shipping, but they were sending it from the UK, so I'm sorry about that. I've purchased something similar in the US at the same time that was just AWFUL, didn't stick to my skin, and didn't help at all, so my hopes that this would do anything weren't very high. To my utter shock, this actually sticks to my skin and DOES HELP! It doesn't kick the migraine completely away, but it is very cooling and soothing, and it eases some of the tension caused by the migraine. If you can catch your migraine quickly enough, it can keep it at bay. I will be buying more, and I am a chronic migraine sufferer. I don't want to take meds as my first line of defense, so it is very nice to have this as an alternative that actually does do some good.

These small sheets are easy to use and feel great. Not sure exactly how much pain relief they generated but were very comfortable. Have only used one pad. Will have to see.

The cooling is nice but they don't work on my migraines. I'd prefer an ice pack. It is nice for muscle aches though.

These are great for migraines!

I cant say it totally took my headache away but it provided a lot of relief.

Love the idea of these but I still reverted back to using ice packs. They do get super cold which is nice but sometimes you want to move around the ice pack during a migraine and this is stuck to your head. But nonetheless I was still impressed with its effectiveness!

I’ve bought this a few times now and it’s become something I always like to have on hand. It’s very helpful when I’m struggling with migraines. I still need to take painkillers, but using these cooling gel sheets alongside definitely helps ease the discomfort and seems to help the headache go away faster. The cooling effect is really soothing without being too intense. They’re also gentle on the skin, easy to apply, and stay in place well.
