Terrific Product one of my favoritess
Excellent product. Got to take it as soon as your feeling like a cold or bug is knocking at your door. Great ingredients, research them, worth your time. Take this along with boosting your intake of vitamin C, Zinc, Vitamin D3, elderberry syrup along with this Quick Defense perhaps Oregano oil capsules and in a few days you'll feel much better. I always have Quick Defense close by

Effective in high doses
I took half the dose for two or three days when I was feeling like I was coming down with something and I feel like they definitely helped. Taking with food or mid-meal helped me so that they wouldn't give me acid reflux, which I usually struggle with anyway

Helped When the Flu Arrived
These helped SO much when my daughter came down with the flu. She turned it around within the week and I think it's because of these that her immune system really kicked into gear. I'm buying more just to keep around the house so we can take them when we start to feel sick. Always appreciate Gaia's ingredient transparency and high quality.

Best way to stop colds
This is the best immune system vitamin to war off sickness. If you feel a sore throat, earache or sneeze take 2-4 immediately. I have been taking Quick defense two plus years. I love it.
