The listing is for the single voltage (220v) Invertig 221 AC/DC, as the description states. We are currently not selling the dual voltage Invertig 221 through Amazon. The cabinet of the dual voltage and single voltage models are identical, except for the included DV in the model name on the side of the cabinet. Plus, all of the accessories are correct for the air-cooled option of both models.
