This board is gorgeous! The drip edge is slanted so the juice will drop down into the pan. It can handle any size roast or turkey. Makes a great charcuterie board. It's large and pretty heavy. Love it!

Heavy duty board, wish I would’ve purchased long ago.

One word says it all. “Impressive”. This work of art is worth every penny for the avid chef. Well made, beautiful finish, and will last a lifetime if properly cared for. Highly recommended.

Worked good for 6 month then started to warp and split. Rubbed glue in cracks belt sanded flat that last 3 years.Then warped and split again cut the board into 3 peaces re glued belt belt sanded. Look good now hope it will last.

This board will last more than a lifetime when properly maintained. I bought this seven years ago and it looks the same today. This board is ideal for bbq brisket, Thanksgiving turkey, and yet beautiful enough for displaying charcuterie. Total weight of board and catch tray is 24# so it stays anchored on the counter when slicing, but would be a chore to move around for daily use. I strongly recommend the Boos mystery oil and board cream for this investment.

This...is the most amazing cutting board in the history of ever. It is ENORMOUS, and very, VERY heavy - but you can carve up a 20-pound turkey without having to risk life and limb dealing with the juice-overflow on it, and I love it madly.

This cutting board is awesome, very detailed in its construction. Its reversible and the groove along the outside on the one side is shallower towards the back and deeper and thicker towards the au jus dish so the juices flow to the pan rather than just sit in the groove. It is a very thick cutting board and bigger than I expected which can make washing it a bit of a pain because it doesn't fit well in the sink (we have a standard side by side kitchen sink).Overall, this is the best cutting board we have ever had, just kind of wish I would have gone with the smaller one (or I had a bigger kitchen sink).

This cutting board is heavy and well made. The juice well is deep enough but it does not drain to the juice tray. I wish the well was sloped slightly toward the tray then as I was working the juice would drain away from my cutting space. As it is I have to scrape the juice into the tray and tilt the board to get what juice is in the well to drain to the tray. Hope they read this and try to solve this issue.

This is a solid cutting board -- and heavy. I love it. Also appreciate that the juices run down into the collecting tray, or if I flip it over, I can just push scraps right into the tray.One complaint: nothing holds the tray in place: If you need to move the board, you have to put a hand on the tray whichever side is up. This is also a problem storing it, which we solved by putting it in a cupboard, tray side against the wall -- the edge is wide enough that it stands up without a problem. Still, I view this a design flaw, sorry Mr. Boos.

Very nice looking and well made, but larger than expected and really rather heavy

This product does not function as advertised. Turkey juice simply flowed under the wood, missed the pan and dripped all over the floor… all it needs is a drip edge on the underside to make this functional
