Plusvive Sango Coral Capsules with Bioavailability Matrix, (1100 mg), 180 capsules, high in Calcium & Magnesium 2:1, vegan

I love the very acceptable size of the capsules, I can very easily swallow them. They are absolutely tasteless, and contrary to the previous calcium supplement I took, these capsules don’t cause any side effects. No bloating and no upset stomach, which is really great. I also like that it contains the perfect ratio of calcium and magnesium, as I have to supplement calcium after breast cancer, and since I have started using this product, I am actually taking the supplement and my body gets what it needs. I can absolutely recommend this product!!

Easy to swallow and tasteless.

I ordered these Sango Coral capsules because I take Omeprazole for reflux and there was a lot of publicity in the paper about this medicine causing osteoporosis, by changing the calcium balance in the body.I researched this and consulted my G.P. It seems that the jury is out about the long-term damage of Omeprazole, although it should preferably be taken with the advice of your doctor. So that leaves the normal need for supplementation in the post-menopausal woman.On the positive side, I have enjoyed taking these capsules which have cause me no indigestion, and have, I trust, supplemented my calcium and magnesium. They also contain alfalfa and spirulina, which are great 'greens' to take. Spirulina, according to clinical trials, might be anti-cancer and are definitely good for hay-fever and other allergies.These capsules are standard in terms of absorbency - don't stick in your gullet, easy to swallow with a big gulp of water and have no distasteful flavour.On the negative side, this supplement capsules are imported direct from Japan, and in all honesty I prefer to support local firms. Also, the directions say to take 3 of these per day but I don't understand why, because one contains just over the recommended amount of calcium for a woman my age. In combination with a healthy diet, one per day's enough for me.

I'm always interested in trying new dietary supplements, given that I'm getting on a bit in years and will try anything to keep me healthy. I had never heard of Sango Coral so I looked it up and this is what it said "Sango coral is a mineral-rich powder made from Sango Corals in Okinawa, Japan. It contains 20% calcium and 10% magnesium, which makes it an ideal source of minerals". The ingredients in these capsules are: Sango Coral powder, Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, Barley fibre, Alfalfa, Papain and Spirulina. That all sounds very good and as I am already taking calcium daily to prevent osteoporosis I thought this would be a good additional supplement. However, on looking further at the small print on the bottle, it seems that you need to take 3 capsules daily with water, with a meal. Hmmm, not so good. I tend to take all my vitamins in the morning with breakfast so that I don't forget them, so taking this 3 times a day doesn't really work for me. And also, taking 3 a day means that actually this bottle won't last very long. You get 180 capsules in the bottle so that would be about 2 months supply. I'll give them a go but probably won't buy any more.

I was interested in trying this supplement as I'm have been looking for higher bioavailability from my current tablet supplies (basically supplements that my body will use/absorb more efficiently).I'm not sure that I am absorbing more nutrients as I haven't any data to back up the effectiveness for my body but I am finding these supplements to be a good way of boosting my intake of calcium. They are easy to swallow and don't leave and nasty after taste.

The capsules are clear, so you can see the ground Sangro Coral inside. As per my headline, the instructions suggest taking 3 per day with LOTS of fluid, it makes sense as you are in principle swallowing 3 capsules of powder.The main benefits from what I can see of taking Sangro Coral supplements is that they are full of minerals. If taken as instructed this pot is a 2 months supply, approx £6 per month, so not too bad.The pills expire October 2021, so nearly 2 years from the date received which is very good.

These are capsules so easy to swallow, but you do have to take them 3 times a day with meals, so I think I would be likely to miss some doses. They are a good source of calcium and as a lady of a certain age osteoporosis is an increasing concern to me, particularly since the doctor told me that taking my Omeprazole can increase the risk. Hopefully these will offset that but I'm not sure how I would know!I like that this particular brand has ingredients that make their supplements easier to absorb and so get a better effect from them, so that should help if my Omeprazole are doing me any damage.

Ich habe keine Schilddrüse mehr dadurch bedingt Gelenkschmerzen. Durch Zufall habe ich gelesen das die Sango Koralle gut gegen diese Schmerzen wären. Schon nach Einnahme der ersten Woche merkte ich eine wesentliche Besserung. Ich kann die Kapseln nur empfehlen.
