I bought these for restraining purposes that did not involve a key. They are comfortable and there is a lot of velcro to keep them in place. The D-rings are obviously useful for threading rope through. I would definitely recommend these. They really only work on ankles as they would not be small enough for hands and wrists which would slip out of these relatively easily. So these are versatile in being useful for more than the gym.

Things are a life saver, or a wrist saver even. Front raises and laterals were destroying my wrists before these, now, no pain with double the weight being used.

They are good and they straps are good

He’s arrived really quickly and are absolutely perfect for me. Soft but very strong, really comfortable to wear, good amount of Velcro overlap, easy to attach to carabiner. Obviously I cannot comment on how long they will last but so far really pleased with the purchase.

As a 6 foot two male, my wrists and ankles are not that large and these fit loose on both of them which is fine for the cable and band exercises I use them for. If you are expecting a tight fit, you might want to order one smaller from somebody else, but I am very happy with my purchase.

De momento, ninguna queja, no hacen daño en los tobillos, están bien protegidos, para gente con tobillos muy delgados les "bailaran" un poco. Los uso con 6Kg cada uno y con movimiento. Por ahora no hay síntomas de deterioro. La relación calidad/precio me parece bastante buena. Llego en perfecto estado y en el tiempo indicado. Un saludo
