1mm Elastic Bracelet String - Elastic Cord for Necklace, Bracelet Beading and Jewelry Making - Strong and Stretchy (Clear)

There is nothing more embarrassing than something falling off or suddenly breaking in the front of other people. It doesn’t matter to me if something I’m wearing is on a chain, cord, thread or something else, I don’t want it to fall off of me. I’ve only been buying jewelry making supplies for about two months. So far I have goofed on some of my Bead selections, one of my Thread selections, and some of my Findings selections.Unfortunately My Jewelry Tutor wasn’t very thorough. She did say to buy one mm stretchy Thread for Bracelets and one mm Non Stretchy Thread for Necklaces. I wish I had asked questions. Maybe I wouldn’t be spending more money fixing my mistakes.Without any jewelry supply buying experience at all, I used a makeshift list, that I put together, from the Jewelry Classes, and started ordering. Out of the three Thread selections I bought this selection is the only one that goes through all except one of the Beads selections that I bought. That not bad. And I pulled and pulled on a piece that I cut off and it didn’t break. Yes! This is exactly what I wanted. Strong Thread that isn’t going to fall apart under the weight of heavy Beads.I intend to make fourteen Bracelets with Charms, as Christmas Presents this year. I already made a Christmas Bracelet with Charms for myself, as a test run to see how well the thread would hold up. I also made a Bracelet for a present for one of my Young Relatives’s Birthday. I will be following that up with two more Birthday Bracelets. Would I buy this selection again? I sure would. I don’t only like this Thread because it’s strong but also because it’s clear. That allows it to be gender friendly too.

If you’re looking for durability then definitely buy this! I made some bracelets and was very happy!Not too stretchy but enough for jewelry that needs to have flexibility with size.Super strong!!

I like that it doesn't have a lot of stretch because I am making necklaces. It is also very strong and won't break easily. I will be buying this again.

I loved this stretch cord. Its flexible, easy to knot and you get a great amount for the price. I use for anklets and bracelets. So far, no complaints, no sagging and no breaks. Definitely purchasing more.

This string could have been great but it just didn’t work with the tools and beads I use. If you are starting out, consider it, but use larger than 8 mm beads and experiment to find needles that fit both string and beads.
