Glowing Sound Toy Gift Cosplay Toy Lightsaber (Monochrome: Orange)

First thing to say is that the seller has been outstanding and the lightsaber is amazing. The delivery would have been earlier than anticipated had it not sat in Hermes depot for 3 weeks!! But in the end it was overdue by a week. I contacted the seller for details and they were very quick to respond, with as much information as possible and between us we both chased Hermes to deliver the item just in time for Christmas. Sadly when I tried to test the lightsaber before wrapping it, I couldn’t make it work. I contacted the seller and again they were prompt and informative. Unfortunately it seemed that there was a fault with the lightsaber so emailed the seller again and they apologised and immediately arranged for a new one to be sent out. But because of Hermes delivery delays this wouldn’t be in time for Christmas Day, so I had to explain to my daughter that it didn’t work when she opened it on Christmas Day but that a new one would arrive in a couple of weeks. Well it arrived just 1 week later and works brilliantly. When things don’t go to plan all you want is a responsible and communicative seller and this is what I got. Have been impressed by them and the lightsaber is pretty special too. You have a choice of lots of different colours, sounds and light effects and feels sturdy and well made. I would definitely purchase again if another was required for someone else.

This product wasn’t great for me at first, it was damaged and faulty however, I’ve spoken with the company and they have sent a full refund and have been incredibly understanding. They told me that they had a bad batch of lightsabers at the time and that they have fixed the problem. When my product worked I still found a lot of enjoyment out of it and it was great.

worried the electronics and battery in it will be faulty due to where it’s made!The lightsaber itself is well made and was sent to me as quick as it could be from where it’s sent from and arrived yesterday for the premiere of the Rise of Skywalker.I would only charge it if you are going to be in the room with it

Ordered in late November for Christmas. The original item was faulty but have to say was really impressed with seller who immediately rectified the issue and a reply was sent well in time for Christmas. A very happy 12 yr old who hasn’t put it down since receiving. It’s very impressive - amazing light effects and sounds. Would definitely recommend.

Exactly what I expected.Very good product

Bought for our son for his birthday to replace one he used to have. This one is so much better and realistic. Easy to cycle through the colours /sounds nice you get the hang of it. We now have bought another for our other son and friends have also purchased on trying ours our. May the force be with you!
