Quick and easy replacement
Perfect replacement when ours broke on our washdown system on our SeaArk Procat boat. Quick and simple installation. I believe we likely didn't get the washdown system completely drained and water was left in the strainer over winter causing the plastic to break.

Great replacement for sailboats!!
Great product replacement. My plastic case cracked and I had to order a new one. The screw on, see through screen costs nine dollars. For a few bucks more, you can get the whole unit. Well worth it and it replaced my cracked unit to make it brand new. I believe it will crack again under water pressure and I don't mind. At this price, I'll continue to buy it. Thank you sellers and will buy again from you soon! I have a Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 409 and this is the perfect replacement. The image is of the cracked one... I did not take a photo of the new one because I didn't need to. It's perfect!!! :)

Replaced an original from 2013
As I usually do I go through all mechanical functions every year when I commission the boat -- and the wash down pump was not happy. I started looking into it and went to take the cap off the inlet strainer -- and it was stuck. Popped it off the pump and blew through it -- and felt air on my hand -- the cap was cracked right down the middle. I ordered this, was delivered the next day, installed it, and now I am back in business. Considering the original was over 10-years old I have no complaints to only have to replace this instead of an entire pump assembly.

Good product sloppy packing
Pump filters work fine have a tendency to crack in cold temperatures but if you wrap them in insulation they're fine On the other hand there was no packing material at all in the box and the box was badly damaged and since these filters are plastic they could easily have cracked

fits the pump-OEM-caution drain this from freezing-it will crack if not drained
