Glencoe Algebra 2

My teen daughter needed this for her high school algebra 2 class. It is a basic textbook, that was easy to read/digest. Good sample problems. Nothing fancy - just what she needed.

Great price for what we needed. We purchased this book so our child did not have to carry her book home in her backpack every day from school for homework. The low price made it possible for us to do this. We are very pleased.

It is missing the table of contents page in the front of the book and has some writing in places. However, none of those things prevent the pages from being read.

We homeschool and after using Prentiss Hall for Algebra I, Glencoe is a refreshing change. Explanations are straightforward and easy to understand. Prentiss Hall went out of their way to make simple ideas convoluted and difficult. The instructions and explanations defied basic English rules in presenting information clearly. Glencoe, however, nailed it.

If you are anyone looking to brush up on your math skills I recommend this book. Yes, if you are looking to keep your mind sharp math books are the way to go. There is nothing more to keep you on your toes by exercising your mind with mathematical problems. The older we get the less we use our minds. Some people say good mental exercise will keep you young. So whether you are a teenager, young adult, or are getting up there in years, these books are for you.

Book quality was great; very helpful as school doesn't issue textbook, so now my student can have access to text at home. Delivery took much longer than expected, but it was still within promised time frame.
