What a pleasant relief! This knee pillow has helped me sleep by lessening the pain of my sciatica and back. The Velcro strap really does keep the pillow in place all night long. The shape and the light weight is comfortable. I don’t feel confined or restricted while sleeping, I forget I even have it on. It won’t cure my sciatica, but it certainly relieves my pain. I endorse this product and hope it will help your discomfort, too.

Hip and back pain are GONE I’m a side sleeper. For years I have had hip and lower back pain. I would wake about every 2 hours to turn over due to the discomfort. Exercise alone wasn’t enough. This pillow worked wonders. The pain is gone. I am no longer overstretching muscles and tendons , and my pelvis stays in alignment. The adjustable strap keeps the pillow in place vs using a regular pillow The memory foam is just the right thickness and provides great support.

I purchased this specifically because it had an adjustable velcro band with an extension. Everything is nice quality and works well. Pillow stays in place even with all my tossing and turning. The foam seems to hold up and does not go flat as of now. My only complaint is the velcro edges are sharp and uncomfortable on bare legs. I cut the toe off of a tube sock and threaded the band through, and viola no uncomfortable velcro.

This knee pillow is a great help for side sleepers dealing with hip pain. It fits comfortably between the knees and provides excellent support, keeping the legs properly aligned while sleeping. The memory foam is soft yet supportive and doesn’t lose its shape overnight. It has really helped reduce pressure on my hips and lower back, leading to a more comfortable and restful sleep. Highly recommended for side sleepers.

First , let me say the quality of this product is very good and I wish it would have worked for me. FOR ME, the size did not work. I am 5'3" , and have long legs--when strapping / or placing the pillow I adjusted it up toward my thigh...down to toward my knee--but it felt to short to give me the support I needed. The pillow at it longest point is 9". I need at the least 12" . If I don't have that support on my knees and a little below--the leg 'dips' and pulls on my back. I strive for my legs to be coming out from the hip, 'on the same line'. I have found better luck using a 'bolster', half moon style pillow which supports my top leg from the thigh til past the knee--allowing for the top leg to be at the same 'height' as the hip.

It really worked for me! After a few nights to adjust to it, the relief has been worth it. I use it periodically, to keep my alignment in check. I am also working with an exercise specialist to strengthen my core and maintain alignment.

I'm a side sleeper and after a hip replacement I had restless nights with pain in both hips and my lower back. The Tularis pillow has worked in less than a week of use. I like the Velco strap that adjusts to the right fit and stays in place all night. The material is soft and foam is very comfortable with just the right thickness to separate my knees when lying on either side. This is a very beneficial product and I just ordered one for my wife. I highly recommend it.

I have sciatica and this pillow helps to take the pressure off of it while I’m laying in bed, it’s comfortable, love how it straps around the leg so it doesn’t move while tossing and turning at night, fits perfectly around my knee.

I really would recommend for this product. Good row material is excellent. The adjustable Leg strap with extension is strong ( Good row material). I mean that the material it is made of ...is kind of strong and does not wear out with the passage of time
