Great EMS or camera bag.
I was looking for a bag for a personal first responder kit I'm putting together. I wanted something that didn't fill from the top, but rather when laid on its back, would have a compartmentalized interior that faced upward. After looking for a while I came across this. It's pretty much exactly what I was seeking. It's a nice, large bag, with ample storage space inside, numerous pockets, and places to attach things all over the exterior. In addition to all the space on the inside, it has a large space on the front that could fit a laptop, and a space in the back for an apparent hydration bladder.I do, however, have a few minor complaints. Firstly, in addition to zippers, the front can be secured to the main body of the bag with six delrin clips. I'm not sure what purpose these serve exactly, but the zippers will get caught in the grooves on the sides of the delrin clips when trying to open or close the bag, if you're not mindful of them. They do not comprise a serious impediment by any means, and it takes virtually no time to move them out of the way (if not in use), you just have to be aware of their presence when opening or closing the bag. They also seem like great candidates for getting snagged on things. Secondly, the nice, thick, padded shoulder straps are attached to the main body of the bag with very narrow (by comparison) nylon strips. They seem reinforced but where they attach is much narrower than the width of the shoulder strap. I'm a little concerned about the construction of this part. I could be wrong, but it just seems like a weak point, that might eventually begin to tear under a somewhat heavy load or with protracted use as a backpack. It will probably never be an issue for me personally, as I don't intend to use it much as a backpack, but being the most expensive backpack I've ever purchased I feel like it should darn well hold up better than any other bag I've had. (I've had $20 bags that have lasted a decade without the straps failing. So the straps on this one better last.) Furthermore, since the shoulder straps are attached by these much narrower nylon strips, the shoulder straps rather easily and frequently get turned backwards when putting it on your back. Again, I'm not sure why they did it this way, but I feel like it would be better if the whole shoulder strap was sewn to the main body of the bag.I feel like I should emphasize none of these complaints are deal breakers. They're merely, for the time being, minor inconveniences. The bag seems of overall good quality. Even were the back strap attachments to fail, for example, there's at least two other ways to carry it. I would recommend this bag to other EMS professionals, photographers, or other people in general looking for a good bag with customizable compartmentalized space.

Awesome long range medic pack
This bag is an awesome tactical field care bag or a long range csar bag. It is extremely comfortable to wear even when fully loaded. The outside is COVERED in molle. The outside compression straps allow it to be cinched down. It is well compartomentilized. You can change the configuration of the padded dividers inside which is an awesome feature. There is a mesh divider that can be velcroed tight over he padded divider area to hold the gear in place. Overall, I would recommend this pack to anyone that is in the SaR fields or TCCC as a field care pack.
