Purl Eco Ski & Snowboard Base Cleaner, 12 oz Spray

I love Purl products! Waxed my board with a small sample wax they sent and it works lovely. The cleaner was easy to use. The bottle has a locking piece do you don’t have to worry about spraying any without intending.

I use this product to clean the bottoms of my skis and snowboard. My first purchase of a cleaning product was a four ounce bottle of a different brand which was part of a ski wax package. I was unable to find that brand at an affordable price. I found this brand and took a chance. It works well and was at a reasonable price. You have to remove the cap and seal before screwing on the spray attachment.

Worked very good on my bases. Easy to use bottle. I was a bit disappointed that there wasn't a wax sample to try out, like in other reviews.

I know it is soon but if I don't review now I'll forget. I haven't gotten to use it yet but I loved the details of this product. There was a logo stamped on the box, a hand written "thank you!" on the invoice, a free sticker and sample wax. In a time where a few touches on your phone can make nearly any item appear on your doorstep, this company definitely left an impression, reminding me that humans are running these businesses. This attentiveness to detail is a great hint as to what I might expect from using the product itself. I'll provide an update on the cleaner after I use it!!

It took the dirt off the bottom and top of my board. Takes a larger amount to clean things than it states and then takes a while to dry, before being able to wax, but cleans the board and gives it a nice shiny clean look.

PROS: Effective in cleaning the base. Easy to use and can be "locked" to prevent accidental spraying. CONS: The smell/fumes can be overpowering, can cause eye and nasal irritation, and coughing. RECOMMENDATION: Spray/Use with caution.
