It worked perfectly!
I rebuilt the engine on my log sputter (first time attempting a rebuild). When I cleared the glaze from the cylinder, I found what was in the picture (which was the problem). Kept at it with the honer in the aluminum cylinder and presto! Took out enough to get past the groves but not born out so much I needed to order oversized rings!

Helped with mounting new Electric motor to bicycle!
I used this to slightly enlarge a bottom bracket (the part the pedal crank goes through) on a cheap bicycle. I am installing a new electric motor and front sprocket to it. The minimum size for the motor to fit is 33.5mm, and this bike was just slightly less than that. The motor would not slide through the hole and mount. 2 minutes after I opened this package, the motor fit into the bottom bracket perfectly! Worked ideally for this project! I highly recommend this tool, in this size, if you have the same issue.

Great ball hone for the DIYer
Purchased this as I needed to hone the cylinder walls of an engine rebuild I was working on. First time using one of these, so I looked up a couple YouTube videos for guidance. The honing process went well, and I got a solid cross-hatch pattern from it too. This tool helped save my engine, so it was well worth the money even if that was the only time I'll ever use it.
