Broken on arrival.
The holder for the phone was already broken when I unpacked. The hinge to lock it in was broken and I couldn't even find the plastic hinge which was broken. Indicates to me that the product have been used or something. It disconnects sometimes which is a big no no when gaming. I have the new Galaxy Note 10+, so I doubt there is any problem with the phone.
