I was really scared of buying this product because it looked flimsy from the photographs. Also the fact that the product was non-returnable added to my worry. But the number of reviews were reassuring and the price was not something that would break the bank. Still for the material it is a bit on the higher side but then any good quality stepper is more than this price so there is no alternative but to go with it.I can say that so far it is very good and all those reviews out there are genuine. It is a good product and if you are looking for a quality stepper that doesnt slip and one in which the pieces stay where they should be (the height adjustment blocks) then you can be sure that this is just the right thing to go for.Giving 4 stars because the product pricing appears on the higher side though all good steppers are priced higher or equal to this.

Arrived early and was in good condition. Packaging used was a bit old, looked liked product sat a while in shop so shipping box was not great. Been using for about 1-year now and works well on floor that is a little ruff, because step has no grip under legs so it tends to slip on marble / tile floor, which most houses in India have. For the price, and since they mention that its non-slip, I would expect the bottom of step legs to be outfitted with grip so it doesnt slip. But its not, and it often slips when I workout. Have to add it on top of exercise mat or yoga carpet so it doesnt move. Something to be aware off before purchase. Otherwise, step is sturdy and does the job.

I cancelled my Kobo stepper order which I grabbed in a lightening deal, to buy this at a higher price cos a couple reviews for Kobo stated that the legs were shaky and the lower blocks kept coming off...to my dismay, I've discovered that the additional blocks provided to raise the height for Strauss stepper also keep coming off...cos I guess whatever we attach later cannot be secured and fitted permanently.But it serves the purpose- you can do lunges and step aerobics with this one...let's see how long it lasts...though its not as strong as Reebok steppers

Very good sturdy product. Item matches its description perfectly. It does not slip even in marbel or tiles floor becuase it has rubber grip below. It can easily withatand heavy workout. Solid 5 star if you are looking for a budget stepper.One small issue I have found is that, the bottom plastic edges are too sharp, so if you are moving it with bare hands please be careful.

The product is not at all good.. does not look like original branded item. The finish looks like local plastic .. and one of the part was not fitting properly.. completely disappointed.. there is no option to return this item. In Strauss website same product is available for same price..
