BOTH HOT AND COLD FAUCETS WORE OUT AFTER 6 MONTHS
We purchased this faucet in August 2019 and had it installed in October of the same year for our laundry room. We decided on this faucet because there were so few faucets available with the long 10" spout and separate hot and cold connections that would fit the two hole laundry sink we were already using. This sink is used only a few times a month to fill buckets for pre-soaking laundry or for filling mop buckets. Within 6 months of install the hot water stem would not allow a good flow of hot water. After another 4 months the handle for the cold water started to turn from the normal 90 degrees open position to around to almost 120 degrees around as if the ridges on the stem were worn away. Inspection of the stem showed no wear but it appeared something inside the fixture was defective. After another 8 months the flow of the hot water stopped altogether until you wiggled the handle 10 or 12 times, and then only a SLOW trickle of hot water came out. We had a plumber look at the problem while we had kitchen renovation being done and he stated this faucet was trash and recommended we buy a new one and he would install it. We ended up buying a inexpensive Glacier Bay faucet at a big box store with a large single hole needed for the sink instead of a separate hole for each the cold and hot connections. It was simple to drill the plastic laundry tub sink top and have the new faucet installed. This new one works perfectly. PLEASE NOTE, this AA-402G faucet has only had 6 reviews since 2017? Also note that one of the "Buy It With " suggestions at the bottom of the Amazon page is the REPLACEMENT Spindle Assembly for Eterna Valve. Cold Side Handle Stem Assembly Replacement. So Amazon is suggesting you buy one or two (hot and cold?) REPLACEMENT VALVES AND STEMS when you buy this faucet new??? No new $31.50 each value and stem for us, just a whole different brand new faucet.

Valves feel cheap and stiff
The biggest problem with it is in a very short time the valves have gotten very stiff as if not lubricated properly from factory. Definitely not ceramic maybe just cheap plastic & rubber.

Do Not Buy This Faucet, Leak in the head sink
What a big disappointment. I bought 2 of these faucets and finally got a chance to put them to good use and they leaked. I can't return it since I have saved it for a year.

Leak by problems
Purchased this for my shop sink. Hot valve has to be jammed shut or it will turn itself back on, which sucks if you are on a well. Reported issue with no assistance what so every. Product looks good, doesn't work good.

Easy install, seems good quality
Coming up in the trades I was always taught that you can judge the quality of a plumbing fixture by its heft if you don't know anything else about it. The valves on this faucet are heavy castings, which is a good sign. The handles function smoothly and shut off fully without having to apply excess pressure, and the spout doesn't leak when you rotate it with the water on. I installed one in a dentist's office, and they were happy with it. I'll update my review if there are any issues.
