Very tasty -- great as salad dressing and also dips for crudites during halftime. Generous bleu cheese.

This Big Blue dressing is the best! The Original Blue Cheese dressing actually has a stronger more pungent flavor. And while it states there’s more blue cheese bits - maybe. I put feta cheese crumbles on top that complements the bold, tangy, slightly salty and distinct blue cheese flavor perfectly. It doesn’t change the flavor profile. And that’s what makes this dressing amazing. Plus the thickness is spoonable and it doesn’t take much to dress a salad. Also, great with fresh vegetables or a crudite platter.

ZERO reason a grocery-store blue cheese dressing should ever taste this good. I've only ever eaten home/house made blue cheese since one time, decades back, when I sampled a bit from a squeeze bottle and swore off the cheap imitation. Well, I was ordering some wings earlier off here and thought I'd go out on a limb, and boy am I ever glad I did! Outstanding. Tastes like they made it fresh in the back of the restaurant.

Excellent flavor ordered it many times

Litehouse Big Blue Dressing is basically blue cheese in beast mode. It’s thick, it’s bold, and it hits you with that “oh wow, that’s REAL cheese” energy the second it touches a salad. This isn’t the watery, shy little dressing that whispers flavor — this one kicks the door in, drops its suitcase, and announces it’s staying for dinner. It’s creamy, chunky in the best way, and turns even the saddest pile of lettuce into something you’d proudly serve to people you actually like. If you’re a blue cheese fan, prepare to fall in love. If you’re not… this dressing will convert you or scare you. No in‑between.

This is a great dressing which can also be used as a dip. Small chunks of bleu cheese add texture and piquancy. It’s a rich treat we don’t use too often so for us a jar lasts a long time. It can be thinned with milk if you prefer a lighter dressing, or use as is for a dip and maybe add more bleu cheese crumbles.

6/10. This dip isn’t bad, but it doesn’t exactly have my taste buds screaming. It claims to have more blue cheese, but there are only tiny crumbs of it throughout. The flavor is decent, and if you just need a little blue cheese taste added to your meal, it’ll get the job done. I just expected more actual blue cheese and a bolder flavor. But it’s okay! Nothing more, nothing less.
