HOBOT LEGEE-688 Vacuum-Mop Talent Clean Robot for Floor, Automatic Robot for Wet or Dry Floor Cleaning - Kitchen Pet Mode - Realtime Map in APP

I have a houseful of beautiful wood floors and an adorable puppy, which means a lot of mopping to keep them clean and beautiful. After much research and indecision someone, in a review I was reading, mentioned looking into buying a Hobot Legee. She, like I, couldn't find what she was looking for in a robot floor cleaner. I had never heard of this brand but immediately looked it up and I'm so glad I did. It was everything I was looking and it is! The dreaded "learning curve" was easy and it does a remarkable job. My floors look fantastic and it's so easy to run it over any area that needs it. It's amazingly quiet and fascinates my pup, Willie, who keeps a watchful eye on it. And, get this, it's lovable. My biggest dilemma is finding the right name for it. When he gets stuck occasionally and beeps for help, and I can't find him, I find myself calling him Sweetie, which is what I call my husband and dog. Bottom line, the more I use my Hobot, the more impressed I am. I couldn't have found a better product. In this case, you get what you pay for - excellence. One last comment, reading reviews really is helpful. The other great tip I got was to use pool noodles as wall barriers. Great tip! Works like a charm.

I have owned both the hobot window cleaner, and now the leegee. I have to say I do appreciate this company for its innovation and willingness to do something other companies won't do. The build quality is great. The caterpillar tracks are actually super crucial for this design. The vibrating mop makes it easier for the wheels to lose traction so the implementation of the long catterpilliar tracks completely solves that problem and has great traction.. Its very easy to setup and use. Its pretty quiet. Surprisingly it has alot of customizable settings ranging from 5 spray settings, 5 vacuum power settings, 5 scrub frequency settings, and 5 clean speed settings. Very nice to have that much control for sure. The main gripe I have with this product is definitely not being able to create no go zones/barriers and/or the leegee not being able to automatically detect carpets. This is by far the biggest flaw of this device and i desperately hope they put it in the next generation if they can't do it with software update. If you have an area rug in the middle of a floor space with hardwood floor or tile all around, you can't trust the leegee not to get stuck, it will try to go over carpet then get stuck and give error message. If you have a door open and the leegee travels down a threshold, it won't be able to get back up. I think you can see how annoying this is. Its such a great device with such a huge handicap. Its funny cuz the lazer nav works great as far as the hobot avoiding obstacles and cleaning efficiently; even better than vslam and liar as far as seeing the space in front of it and not bumping into things, you even see the map on the app, you just can't do anything with the map is the problem. You see having the no go zones is more crucial than ever on mop specific robots because if you dont do that than the company is neglecting and willfully ignoring anybody with any kind of special situation. If you got an area rug, can't clean that room. If doors are open to rooms with carpet or thresholds, have to walk around and pre "robot proof" the house every time before a clean. Hobot I beg you to put no go zone feature because I truly love the product. However just like the window cleaner I think for some reason you guys do so well designing a product, then when it comes to the mapping and obstacle avoidance, you guys just say MEH......... whatever it'll be good enough. I truly think if this company realized this one and only flaw, the robot would instantly rise to the top for me which saying alot cuz I have 2 roborocks, roomba brava jet 240, brava jet m6, etc... One thing I like about this company is how they do things their own way. I do see a potential bright future for this company just for the love of God fix the navigation for no go zones! These things make or break the product for alot of people!

After 2 month stop working

If you ever need them to check out what’s wrong with your vacuum and say you don’t want them to fix it for $300 don’t expect them to put pieces back and unbroken. Screws were falling out and pieces were broken.

This little guy has been working great around the house. We have two kids, two dogs and a cat so it is getting a workout daily. We don’t have any carpet just hard surfaces and it gets rid of the paw prints nicely. The only thing that is a bummer is where our tile meets our “wood like” floor it is a different level and it doesn’t make the jump. I don’t mind because I use the kitchen floor mode on the tile and it keeps him in there.

It ok not the best

I bought this Hobot after seeing how it worked at my friend's house. It has been used 3 times, so far so good. I don't like to connect appliances to my wifi for security reasons, this Hobot can run without connecting to Wi-Fi or app. I recommend it.

Wife loves it

Adieu le 4 pattes pour aller sous les lits et les meubles. ce robot aspire parfaitement les revêtements lisses . Pour le carrelage avec joints profonds , c'est plus difficile mais pour mon aspirateur sans fil aussi. Niveau nettoyage , il frotte mais c'est un complément. Il faut quand même laver à grande eau ce carrelage avec joints profonds et creux, de temps à autre. Je suis très satisfaite de ce robot, très bon rapport qualité prix. Je le préfère à mon ancien robot brava jet , qui était bien cher et n'aspirait pas , ne se controlait pas à distance et ne revenait pas se recharger tout seul.

Cumple su función, contenta. Llevo dos semanas, espero que siga así.

Lo sto usando da un paio di mesi. Questo è il mio quarto robottino, di cui il terzo col programma lavaggio. Lo trovo davvero valido ha tutte le caratteristiche che cercavo: aspirazione + lavaggio contemporaneo nella stessa passata, serbatoio polvere e acqua accessibili dalla parte superiore, navigazione ottimata e non a random (casuale) e buona aspirazione. Non avendo internet in casa non ho testato la funzione dal cellulare, ma non mi interessa molto. Unico difetto, quando finisce la zona che deve pulire, se non trova la base (perché in una zona inaccessibile) si ferma e suona (un bit ogni minuto circa) finché qualcuno non lo "aiuta" a trovarla...peccato: gli altri modelli che ho avuto li facevo andare finché non finivano la batteria (nascondevo apposta la base) così ero cerca pulissero bene e dappertutto. Lo ricomprerei!!
