Classy Caps SL211W 4x4 Imperial Solar Post Cap - 2 Pack/White

I am happy with these solar post caps for my deck. I bought 2 sets (for a total of 4 caps). We put them on the posts that are next to the 2 sets of steps leading off our deck. During the daytime they blend in seamlessly with the rest of the deck railings and posts. At night they automatically light up. The reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because the light was much brighter than I was expecting. It was like a beacon! We decided to buy a can of frosted glass spray paint and sprayed both the inside and outside of the small glass panels. This worked perfectly - they are still bright, but not blinding.

Nice looking and easy to install, though I had a 4x4 post that actually was 3 5/8 x 3 5/8, so I used a router to trim off down to 3 1/2 x 3 1/2. Look great and working fine, don't know how long they'll last but I like the aluminum construction and the paint looks fairly durable. I also took the advice of someone earlier who suggested using stainless steel screws instead of what they include to prevent rusting etc. Important to me as I live on the coast. Price is great for two.

They arrived quickly in perfect condition. We previously had plastic ones, and ordered these specially because they were metal, and based on color/style. They were easy to install, look great, and give off just enough light.

Easy to install. Cast adequate light without bugging the neighbors. Beautiful look, very high-end appearance, and easy to use. Appear to charge efficiently, even with a little snow on top, or days without full sun. Would purchase again.

One of the lights does not work? You have to press down on the switch to get it to work. Very pricey for one out of two that work.

The Solar Post Cap lights look very nice. They were very bright to look at so I put frosted tape on the inside of the glass. Now they are just right.

Ordered this item as a 2/pack. When received only one of the lights were in package. Not as advertised.

Easy to install and give a very bright white light. They work best when exposed to sunlight for at least 8 hours daily.

High quality. Easy to install and a decent price.
