I love this protein drink. I have it everyday. I just wish they would make the mint mocha all year round. I love it so much, I went to a third party seller to buy it when you were out of it.

I am no stranger to keto protein powders/shakes. I decided to try this one because I’ve been looking for something clean and would not spike my blood sugar. Tonight I finally got the opportunity to try it out and deeply regret that. While the flavor is delicious, it is also too sweet tasting. Within 30mins of drinking my shake, I started feeling very ill. My head got dizzy, my stomach hurt, and I was super nauseous. I checked my blood sugar, it was in normal range 95. I kept getting worse throughout the night and started sweating, shaking, and got very dizzy. I thought if I took it would help me to feel better. After showering I then went to lay down because I felt like I was about to faint. Shortly after laying down I felt a strong need to vomit and threw up everywhere in my bedroom (carpet, clothes, everything). Immediately after I felt significantly better. Long story short, there is something else in this protein powder that the company did not disclose in the ingredients list that made me extremely sick. It did not spike my glucose because it probably didn’t get the chance to digest, but I would not recommend this to anyone. Please be careful with this product. Maybe I got a defective one, I don’t know. I will never give this product to a child or family member or friend. It’s dangerous. Be careful. I immediately put in my request to return this product. I think I’ll go back to my Vega Protein Shakes until I find something better.

We tried this flavor on a whim and regret it, the mint artificial flavor is extremely strong and off putting. It is hard to enjoy and hard to hide in other mixtures too. We do like mint but this is not the same. Disappointing.

I have tried all the flavors now and like them but would love some more variety. Maybe something like Strawberry or Raspberry to mix it up a bit.
