KAIV5135 Very Berry 5 1/2-inch Scissors

I am making wool and synthetic felt costumes and ornaments for grand children.. some of the wool is very thick, some is quite thin dependent on the project. These scissors are a perfect size, portable and comfortable in my hand. The brand had been recommended by many wool project designers and makers... and I liked that the purchase included the scissor cover/blade cover so I can just toss into the bag with my more portable felt ornament projects. The bright color also makes them easy to find in the bottom of a project bag! Love the size and scissors

This is a great in between size from shears to embroidery scissors. Very sharp and cut easily.

I absolutely love these little scissors! I have used them for years in my sewing room. I have another pair with curved tips, which are great for specific embroidery use. These are great for trimming threads and small snips.We also use them for cutting hair, so there is a pair in each bathroom. My daughter took a pair when she moved out, so this is the replacement pair. This time I got the pink for easier identification and to make them easier to spot when they wander away.The listing says they with a protective cover, and these did not. I am a little sad about that, since they live in the "organizer" in my bathroom, tip down, and I like that extra protection.Kai scissors are my go-to for all uses. They are durable, stay sharp, and feel good in the hand. I have several pairs in other sizes in the sewing room. I use the 4" curved and straight, and the 6.5", all the time.

These little scissors are wonderful for the detail work I need to do as a paper artist. They are nice and sharp and could be great for anyone needing detail scissors for a number of purposes.

Just received the scissors today, a little bit bummed. The blades are wrapped in plastic bag, there is no protective cap as advertised in the description. Looked all over the shipping package multiple times, no holes, no cap either. Just want other potential buyers be aware of it.

Great size and although I have not put to much use I think I will like using it for hand sewing or small projects
