I wanted a soft pillow and the reviews on this one was good so I purchased a set of two. I am so disappointed it’s not soft at all to me guess everyone has different tastes but I like one that is soft when I sleep. This one is too high and makes my neck hurt. The ones I got is not makes soft medium or firm. I ordered soft so I really don’t know what I actually received but it feels really firm. Each to his own

The pillow was too high for me, and I woke up with a sore neck. I opened an end seam and removed some of the filling until it was just right for me. I now find it to be a very comfortable pillow.

Oh, so soft and comfortable.

I had wished they would be a little softer, but my husband really like them.

I've been looking for pillows stuffed with cluster fiber, and these are fantastic! Very fluffy, and i like that they can be washed and dried to clean as well as re-fluff as needed. Would recommend.
