Well packaged, sturdy hand rail, could have came with instructions with regards to building regulations

I have to be honest it looks exspensive, well it is but worth it.You will need a long square ended screwdriver like an allen key but longer to attach the brackets to the square hand rail. Just wish they were cheaper as I need two more!!

An excellent product. Looks stylish and is really sturdy. Fairly easy to install with 2 people - certainly no harder than any other stair rail.Only very minor downside was that while good, long screws were in the box with the brackets, there were no rawlplugs or allen key provided (the allen key is needed to attach the brackets to the rail).

This looks great. It’s very strong and easy to install. The downside? It’s not cheap! Some things are worth paying a bit more for though, particularly in highly seen and used areas of your home

The wall brackets only had 1 screw to fasten it to the balustrade which made it awkward when fixing it to the wall. Also had a problem with one of the holes, so had to wait for a tap and wrench and then it didn't come with the tapping size drill for that tap or cutting compound. Had to use tools from work. Second one new because in a new house and the first one was best from another company.

Hall stairs bannister rail. Contemporary look, very sturdy with four fitting points. Very well packed for delivery. Requires minimum two people to fix to wall due to weight. Alan key needed but not supplied.

Handrail is stylish, great quality and was easy to install. It also arrived quicker than expected.
