W Series sealed on ear headphones ear type ATH-EW9

I got these because persona (just kidding) these are high quality exotic headphones that I’ve been meaning to pick up. The build quality is really good, but do note that they fit my ears but I have smaller ears, larger ears might struggle in liking these. The sound is warmer due to the wood backing, additionally these are tuned for highs and mids but lack base since they are clip-ons. Additionally, don’t expect any noice cancellation or sealing, these have a more open aired tone but suffer in noisy environments as it can’t isolate sound due to how clip ons work. However when you pair them to an external DAC like the Qudelix 5k, you can use an auto EQ which make these sound amazing, the EQ helps bring back the base while tuning down the sharp highs. These are very nice exotic headphones that I recommend if you’re looking for something different while still sounding good.

As advertised. I bought these as a gift for my son. That headphones are quality construction and he says the sound is great.

The build quality on these are fantastic, you can really feel the amazing quality just by holding these. The ear clip is adjustable and very comfortable because of the small rubber area that protects your ear from the metal part of the clip. The ear clip is adjustable as well. The sound quality is a bit too treble heavy for my taste though. Specifically with female vocals or pop music, it becomes a little uncomfortable to listen when they hit high octaves. I heard this issue can be fixed by listening on them often, so I shall see. The bass is audible, but not very dominant because of the clip on nature of the ear phones. These are perfect for casually walking around, as you can be aware of your surroundings while still enjoying your music. Without the wire extension, it is perfect for plugging into a mp3 player attached to your shirt or worn over your neck. Overall a very good product.

Amazing sound quality and detail of sound. Perfect for music, videos and games. Playing a game I can point my opponent blinking and know he's down the hall third door on the left behind the couch. Love these guys. Oh and the light weight is nice, I forget I'm even wearing the dang things.

This has to be one of the best earphone i've ever tried, the sound is super clear and crispy (is that even the correct term?), the earclip is so comfortable, heck the whole design is stylish af, the only drawback for me is that the left ear cord is too short for my taste but thats down to preference, but overall its a great earphone totally worth the price if u ask me

this product is not as good as what comments say. although the quality has no problem, and it performs very good on acoustic, it is not comfortable for your ears.

The name speaks of the quality itself…which would be enough but the sound quality is stunningly good and the design reduces the tension on the ears. Adjustable range to accommodate various ear shapes.

This is extremely confortable. You almost forget that you are using them. The sound is limited and sometimes I prefer the Koss. But after some burning period and eq adjustment they improve performance.

I now own three of these headphones, plus another similar Audio Technica pair which are no longer available. As someone who hates in-ear ear buds, I was lucky to find a pair of these years ago and have never used anything else whilst out walking. I have had two pairs for over ten years and, apart from some cosmetic clumsily inflicted damage, and very minor wear-and-tear, they still fit perfectly and sound amazing. I have purchased another pair simply to ensure that, should the worst happen, I will still have a pair in full working order going forward, may be for another ten years! If you do not like ear buds, and appreciate good sound quality without proper headphones, then these might be for you.

かなり前から気になっていました。 価格が高いので迷っていましたが思い切って買ってみました。 結果、買って良かったです。 ●良かった点 ・耳掛け式なのに音質が良い。高音から低音まできれい聞こえます ・装着感が良いです。装着しながら歩いていても安定しています。 ・外の音もしっかり聞こえます。 ・有線なので遅延なし、充電の手間なしなのがありがたいです ●気になった点 ・外の音が聞こえる代わりに、掃除機や食器洗いなど大きい音が出ている時は音が聞こえにくいです ・長時間つけていると若干耳が痛くなります ・音漏れが少し気になるので図書館などの静かな場所では使いにくいです ◇総評 最近のデバイスは無線イヤホンにシフトしつつありますが、やはり充電不要で遅延の心配もない有線は強いと思っています また、耳を塞ぐタイプのイヤホンは長時間つけていると耳の中が痛くなるので、こういった耳をふさがないタイプのイヤホンは長時間ユーザーとしては重宝しています。 最初は外の音が聞こえるのも気になっていましたがすぐ慣れました。 価格は高めですが製品の質も高かったので大満足です。

Beautiful. Perfect. Retro. High quality. What else is there to say? These are badass and retro looking. I wish Audio Technica would continue manufacturing unique designs like the ATH line... ATH EM700 re-release when :")
