Great product.I bought this product to help with a horrible hay fever, because antihistamines make me drowsy and lousy all day, so I had to look for an alternative. This works really for me at this dosage:I take 10 tablets of this product a day. 5 early morning on empty stomach and 5 around midday, I used to take smaller dosages, but didn’t work very well.Somehow it also Gives me a lot more energy. So, don’t take it any time near bedtime.

You get a lot of MSM for money! The spirulina makes them taste a little funky, but not noticeable if you swallow them quickly.

This is a good high dose of MSM and combined with spirulina makes it a no brainer. good price for the quantity. Shame their grape seed extract resveratrol has disappeared as I for one cannot stomach it when made from Japanese Knotweed (I kid you not) which smells very bad.

I have had a very sore thumb joint, been taking this for a month, as an experiment, and there has been an improvement. Because it increases glutathione, rather than taking that supplement, I do see a difference.

Maybe the affects are subtle as I haven't noticed any difference. But that does not mean they're not working.

I believe this helps with my joints and also against itching. The large bottle is useful to make fre was frequent ordering unnecessary.

Seems fine but take it with a bunch of other vitamin so don't know how it works without taking it.

Kurz nach dem Beginn des völligen Fleischverzichtes vor 2 Jahren begann ich, meine ansonsten übliche und normale Ernährung mit Plusvive 365 MSM zu ergänzen. Mit einem Glas Wasser schlucke ich seit 1 ½ Jahren täglich zwei Kapseln mit einer zusätzlichen Kapsel Plusvive Hyaluronsäure und gebe in das Wasser eine Brausetablette B12 mit Folsäure.Da ich 3-4 mal pro Woche für ca. 80 Minuten Kraftsport mache, hatte ich nach dem 4 Tage Sportblock oftmals Gelenkschmerzen bzw. Muskelzerrungen, wodurch diese Probleme letztendlich nach dem Sport die wichtige Regenerationszeit verlängerten bzw. die geschilderten Beschwerden den Sportblock auf 2-3 Trainingstage verkürzten.Mit der konsequenten täglichen Einnahme der beschriebenen Nahrungsergänzung reduzierte sich die wichtige Regenerationszeit bzw. verbesserte sich die Leistungsfähigkeit der Gelenke und Muskeln. -Zudem hat sich das vorherige Schmerzbild deutlich reduziert. Ich kann nun völlig auf irgendwelche Schmerzmittel (z.B. Ibu …) verzichten.Ich mache allerdings nach einer dreimonatigen Einnahme der MSM 365 eine 3-4 wöchige Pause. In dieser "Pause" mache ich weiterhin die täglichen obligatorischen4000 Schritte ohne den üblichen Sport.Ich bin mit dem für mich erkennbaren MEHR an Lebensqualität in Bezug genommen mit dem monatlichen Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis zufrieden.👍 DANKE an Amazon für die schnelle und problemfreie Lieferung.
