NavPod GP1300 InstrumentPod Un-Cut (usable face = 15.3"w x 5"h)(38.9cm W x 12.7cm H) for 9.5" wide guard. InstrumentPods are for mounting multiple instrument displays on a pedestal guard at the helm. This InstrumentPod model will mount on a 9.5" wide guard. Information at your fingertips... "Where you need it, when you need it!" All NavPods are made from high gloss acrylic-capped ABS material. The ABS provides excellent durability and structural rigidity, important for minimizing flexing under stress, which results in more uniform pressure on the outer seal. The acrylic cap provides UV protection and a clean, glossy look. All NavPods are manufactured with a double gasket system, providing an excellent watertight seal to protect your marine electronics from the elements. NavPods are made to withstand the harshest wet offshore boating conditions. The internal Poron Microcell Polyurethane gasket is not subject to compression set like many rubber compounds, so it will continue to provide a seal over time. NavPods are secured with nickel chrome-plated stainless steel tamperproof screws, providing theft protection with a little style! We stand behind our commitment to quality by offering a 10-year warranty on all Gen3 NavPods.

Likely the most expensive plastic box you’ll ever buy.
It’s a $300 plastic box. It feels strong. It looks good. Super expensive for what it is.

Get ready to coustom mount this piece of junk
" tap 1/4" 20 treads into . 06" pipe"!!!!???? Yeah ok that'll hold. Should have made a saddle to through bolt or even devised a clamp. What an idiotic design. Guess they only care about the rediculiously over priced plastic box. Never gave thought about mounting it. But the plastic box is built very well gasketed etc. Only OVER priced but when your the only show in town guess you can run the price up all you want. I'd give the box 5 stars ( OTHER THEN THE PRICE) but the way your supposed to mount it is rediculous . P. S. The perimeter screws are zinc duhhhhhhhhh!!!!?????? Guess after the 100000% profit margin they couldn't squeeze in 6 SS screws they had to go zinc... What joke company... Now there's more what I pile of crap. To bad you can t for a raymarine into the housing that navpod cut for raymarine!!! So distracted I bought last year now I can't return this hunk of crap. Heres ome pics.. are the people at navpod asleep at the wheel? How do you design a marine grade box for raymarine and it doesn't fit raymarine? The box is to shallow now I ruined my transducer when I tightened the box... What a piece of crap
