Best for motility and calming the mind
This product was recommended to me by my acupuncturist/nutritionist to help with chronic constipation. My GI Dr supports my using it because it's not habit forming. You have to play around a bit to find how many work for you to help you go just the right amount - too many of these and you'll go too much and too little and they won't work. For me, I take 2 before bed. This helps me go in the morning and also helps me sleep because magnesium is calming.

They got down easy, just drink 8oz when taking them.
Definitely a product that works well. You must drink a lot of water anyway, just make sure its also when taking the pills. I noticed the difference when I didnt.

Smooth passing
This was recommended to me by my nature path doctor when I eat, certain foods tend to get a bit constipated. This is a gentle way to help my body pass the stool with less pain and less discomfort. This is a number one by a number one daily supplement that I take.

I was cleansed of nothing...
Worthless for me - did as instructed, but nothing - increased dose, nothing...absolutely no indication in anyway that I had taken it....as for the other review with 5 stars - well, if indeed it worked - either it wasn't what I had or there are drastically different effects on each individual.

Works great. My husband had tried many different products but his body would get used to it after some time. He has been using this for several months and he is very regular and happy. Very good and at a great price.

Do not buy. Doesn’t work!
When Amazon discontinued the brand of oxygen cleanser I liked, I tried this one. It DOESN’T work at all. With my old brand 3 pills did the trick. I took as many as 6 with this one and nothing. My family also tried it… nothing. And we aren’t usually constipated so we use this to detox especially after we over indulge on vacation or during the holidays. I switched to another brand and sure enough 2 or 3 pills did the trick. I will never order this brand again.
