easy to use
my last pill cutter was difficult to open, almost 10 minute struggle but this one is a little bit bigger and wider which makes it easy to open

It's a yes, for me.
Bought one and went back for a second. I need it to cut a very tiny pill in quarters. It's sharp and works, thankfully. A clean cut. The only one I've found that works. I like how it comes with a pill keeper and boxed nicely.

Helpful Tool with Minor Drawbacks
I purchased this pill cutter to split my dog’s medication, and overall, it has made the process significantly easier. Compared to cutting by hand or using a knife, this is a much safer and more convenient option.That said, I deducted one star because the cutter can be inconsistent. Occasionally, it slices cleanly—but more often than not, the pill crumbles, which can be frustrating and wasteful. Still, it gets the job done better than any manual method I’ve tried.A nice bonus is the built-in pill holder, which I now use to store my dog’s meds. It’s a thoughtful touch that adds to the product’s usefulness. If the blade were a bit sharper or more precise, this would be a five-star item.

Does a better job cutting none-scribed pills than other products. Almost perfect halves. Other cutters break in multiple non equal pieces.

Accuracy is questionable for even a steady-handed person.
It works. It takes so much fidgeting to get the pill lined up and cut in half accurately though. I have mild tremors also so that makes it even more of a challenge. Using it for my cat's pills to prevent nausea. She still gets varying dosages each time (2 times/day) because no matter how careful I am in lining up the pill, it still cuts one half of the pill larger than the other.

Very good pill cutter
Very nice. Nice keychain pill holder as well for on the run and it’s deep enough to hold some pills within the cutter as well. It’s not so flat I like it.
