Great for Arduino RS485 projects.
Awesome little board love the bright TX and RX LEDs and well that it worked right away. Great quality little board came packed as breakaway boards so easy to store spares. Was just so excited to see it working after battling with another vendors boards for weeks was trying to save a couple bucks using a cheaper board and cost me so much stress. The flow control on these is timed out just perfect hooked up to my scope and and even the lower end 485 devices this one doesn't need the enable pins so it just works with no hassle.

Needs quality control
One of the batch had an upended smd component. Otherwise, works perfectly.

No issues they work well with other devices as well
I used these in conjunction with some high end 485 to 232 and 485 to USB adapters. No errors or issues at 38400 baud. I didn’t check any speeds higher than that. These work great for MODbus/BACnet or just extending your serial line. I had mine setup in a multi drop configuration with two of these and three other devices.

Not as pictured, factory defect, see image.
This is what I received: boards were damaged by too-short cut at the factory. See image. The terminal block cant really be reliably secure. Since I need to complete this project I wont return them, but be wary of this seller. How can they sell damaged product while not disclaiming it?

Worked Great
I am using only one of the five, and it has worked perfectly. I use it to connect a epever tracer solar charge controller to a micro controller.

Cheap and good (and fast shipping)
These work for 30 meter run on Cat 5. Just remember to add termination resistors on the endpoint modules.

No documentation
Nothing was included with these boards to let me know how to connect the lines. Not the same pinouts as the standard 5V MAX485 modules. Collecting dust at the moment until I can figure out the connections.
