Gourmia GTF7600 16-in-1 Multi-function, Digital Stainless Steel Air Fryer Oven - 17 Cooking Presets, silver

I received my Gourmia GTF7600 yesterday and I'm so happy I picked this model over Cuisinart. The tipping point in favor of this product was the stainless steel basket and trays which wasn't an option with the cuisinart. In 24 hours I made toast, cheese toast / open face grilled cheese with tomatoes, zucchini fries and top sirloin and everything turned out perfect! This product is easy to clean, the inside wiped perfectly clean, the basket easy to clean and I just fit the drip pan with aluminum so no cleaning. Product is easy to understand and use. I'm very happy. The knob got warm/hot but I could touch it with no problem. A tiny amount of sticky residue was left on door from tape, I didn't remove it till later with oil because I honestly didn't notice it when product is on the counter. Size wise it's perfect, I didn't want something to small but I couldn't get an idea how much I could cook with any of the air fryer/convection ovens. I was able to air fry 2 zucchinis perfectly with some extra room left, a smaller size basket doesn't seem like it would be worth having. The Gourmia size is perfect. I have to admit you could feed 2 adults and 2 small children with this easily. I will be using the gourmia just for me and I like the size,t I like to cook more than 1 meal at a time so I have food tomorrow or the next day. I will use this all the time. I don't enjoy wasting time cooking so I don't turn my oven on much but I will be making more food at home now, my food tastes great, cooks fast and it's just easy now. I will use this for everything.

I refused for years to get on the air fryer trend. However, I have used several of my friends various brands of fries. None of them impressed me. I work 12-14 hour shifts in the hospital. I get really tired of meal prepping and eating the same food for 3-4 shifts. I used to have a $500 Breville toaster/convection toaster oven to make quick dinners. But, my ex got it in our divorce. So, when my brother raved about his double door Gourmia air fryer, I knew I needed it! This definitely has Breville high end vibes. The look is sleek, not too bulky, does not slide around on the counter when opening door/pressing buttons and fairly easy to clean. The only complaint is some of the condensation will drip on my counter from the door…..it’s not alot but enough to where I have to wipe the counter so the greasy condensation wont stain my quartz counters. I purchased my Gourmia 4 days ago and have made lemon pepper & garlic butter wings (viral TikTok recipe), turkey legs, baked potatoes, homemade panko crusted mozzarella sticks, homemade pizza, cajun salmon nuggets and corn on the cob with Everything Bagel seasoning…..all so very delicious! Be careful! This thing gets hot! I have set off my smoke detector twice. Be sure you only touch the handle when opening the door to retrieve your cooked food. I closed to door by touching near the glass and it “burned” my fingers. This is no one’s fault but my own. I just want other buyers to beware: especially if you have small children who want to check up on their food. Overall, I am really impressed and have recommended this product to other nurses who also want quick meals and quality cooking appliances! If you are thinking about it for years or months like I did….this is the one!

I've had this oven for about a year now, and it does what it is supposed to do. I haven't had any fire issues, as some folks are claiming. The only thing I've found unpleasant is the strong smell of overheated metal, which occurs if food is a bit too well done. As someone who routinely overcooks food, I can say it is a smell consistent with full size ovens, only a lot more noticeable when sitting on a kitchen countertop. I'm no cook, so I can't give kudos to the finer capabilities of this oven. I'm basically a frozen pizza and boxed mix cake gal, with some occasional holiday baking thrown in. It can handle all of that, and it's wonderful not to have to fire up the gas stove in the heat of summer. I've noticed peeps praising the Gourmia as an air-fryer, but I haven't quite got the knack. But I did frozen French fries one time, and they came out very nice, so I guess there is that. Some people have described the unit as a "glorified toaster oven", and maybe that's apt. But that is, in fact, what I wanted when I bought it. I was tired of the superheated wobbly mess that comes out of a microwave, and wanted a device that could help me cook fast meals that taste good. If that's what you are after, the Gourmia oven will easily give you that. And if you are a creative and talented cook, probably a whole lot more. It's a great looking oven too. It's got a sturdy silvery industrial kitchen appearance, and it's super easy to clean. If you can find this item on sale, you will have yourself a nice bargain.

Not compensated for this review. This oven is very well built. Excellent value for the money. Due consideration to materials. Stainless Steel with Awesome Looks. Simple and clear controls. ON/OFF clearly visible. Large. Excellent results in all modes. Clearly visible window for the status. High Power. Perfect Size. Perfect accessories. it is typical to have a manufacturing residues on high quality steel due to manufacturing processes. Clean with warm wet towel ins/and outs. Run for 30 mins super hot and let the air go out. No smell after that. Two suggestions for improvements: (1) The door hinge could be a better so that it still stays strong toward the end of the door swing. Regardless, non-critical to performance. (2) The security tape for shipping could be better so that no residue is left when pulled away. Again, this is non-critical to performance.
