These cards are great. They're the size of regular playing cards but are easily readable with my senior citizen eyes. The printing is clear and sharp and the exercise instructions are brief but easy to understand. They're color coded for the area of your body they pertain to, the primary muscle groups or the type of exercise, like blue for cardio, pink for back, orange for arms, brown for full body. There's a card entitled "Anatomy of a Card" that clues you to the coding on the cards. They're super-portable, including taking them to your workout area. What I like best is that I can create a workout by choosing the cards that depict the exercises I want to include, not like a book that I would have to flip pages back and forth between exercises. Whether you pick a deck for exercise ball work or resistance band work, or another category, these cards are a great idea. Highly recommended.

Awesome, worth the money spent on these cards.
I really like these cards. Easy to read, use, and no problems understanding the exercise. Good ideas for exercises and how to take a different approach to spruce it up. Trying to get into exercising myself, so this is a help to me. Also, the package is nice that holds the cards, magnetic closure to keep cards in one spot. Cards are decent, sturdy. I mean, pawing through them is easy and has a little description telling what the colors are for exercises, ease of use for sure. I even told my friend about it, she didn’t even know they made these types of cards, so that was also a plus to let her know.

Great for people at all fitness levels
Great cards and exercises. Great for people at all fitness levels; awesome tool to get fit immediately and get a full body workout. The cards enable me to quickly design my next workout, great variety, clear written instructions on each card, and the video on each card quickly shows the proper technique using the QR Code reader on my iPhone. Prior to Stack 52, I was spending too much time deciding what to do when working out. I have purchased Stack 52 Dumbells workouts and Stack 52 Resistance Bands workouts; there is some repetition between the two decks which I expected – some exercises I prefer dumbbells and some exercises I prefer resistance bands. I bought a 3x5 index card storage box to store the cards; the cards are organized within tabs for each muscle group (Arms, Chest, Legs, Back, etc.). I workout two muscle groups each day (10 minutes on each of the two muscle groups for a total of 20 minutes, plus treadmill or bike ride – the variety provides a full body workout). I use an excel file to keep track of all exercises, weight, reps, and sets. My goal is to continue to increase my weight, reps, and sets.

Great idea
Not as practical as I’d hoped. Okay, good quality.

Needs a durable case
The cards are tiny, which is fine for my intended purpose, which is to use them with my resistance bands when I travel. They include great variety of exercises, all nicely color coded and marked to indicate level (beginner/intermediate/advanced). But for the price, they should come with a more durable case, instead of a playing cards-type box. Include a protective plastic case, and they would be perfect.

great cards
I've been an exercise card user for many years. First starting out with Fitdeck. Now with Stack 52. The idea is simple. Draw however many cards you want and do your workout. I usually do a circuit of 3-6 cards several times a week. I have the strength deck, kettlebell deck, dumbbell deck, suspension deck, barbell deck and flexibility deck. I use them in the gym. I use them at home and in the park. I like Stack 52 because they have many updated exercises and do have suggested reps, which some cards do not. If you have NEVER worked out before, I would suggest you buy a deck and show it to someone who has a good background in exercise or strength training. Get them to advise you on how to get started. And finally..to Stack 52: Thanks for making these decks and keep them coming! There are still alot of areas in fitness you have not covered. You make'em, I'll buy'em!

A Fantastic Exercise Band Resource
My wife recently bought some exercise bands and believe it or not they came without instructions. I went looking on Amazon for instructions for band exercises and found these fantastic cards and bought them for her. They are like a deck of cards. Each card names the exercise, tells you how many reps, what level it is and has a paragraph telling you how to perform the exercise. She liked that each card had an excellent color drawing of how the exercise is done and she commented that she liked these better as there was no picture of some athlete doing the exercise. One of the really neat things is that each card can be scanned so you can watch a short YouTube video of someone doing the exercise. Talk about "bang for the buck!" These really are a great resource and I'm glad my wife loves them.

Las tarjetas te permiten organizar la rutina de ejercicios a tu justo. Es genial que lleven el código QR para ver como se realiza correctamente el ejercicio. Vienen separados por colores para trabajar diferentes grupos musculares.

Ingenious way to help others do their workouts by putting exercises on a playing cards. Filled with information (name of exercise; muscle groups utilized; number of reps; level of difficulty; and a QR code that will take you (and your cell or tablet) to You Tube videos showing you how to do the exercise properly). Compact. Don't need a DVD player to watch, or books to flip through. Incredibly creative. Professionally done, well thought out. The only "minus" would be the price, which isn't prohibitive, but it does seem steep for a deck of cards. It's likely due to it not being mass produced and the economies of scale.
