We have a group project going with about 4 grinders getting old paint and rust off a buggy we’re building. So far I’ve tried 15$ wheels from autozone and 5$ wheels from harbor freight. These wheels blew those out of the water! Plus at 1$ a piece these are amazing. They last a long time and take lots of material off. Hands down do not even second guess buying these. They’re amazing!

I was looking for a different variety of grinding disks locally and they were expensive. I ended up finding these on Amazon and wanted to give them a try. I was shocked how good they are and the price is low. They fit my corded grinder perfect and they do what they are supposed to. You get a large variety which is what I was looking for. Give it a try you won’t be disappointed.

Admittedly, this is my second order of these puppies.The variety of grits (40, 60, 80, 120), is nice, although the 60 or the 80 could be dropped, kinda redundant.These could be beastier, but I think you'll find them satisfactory.However, a couple things of note...One; sometime near the middle of the wear cycle, the label will fly off at velocity and scare the daylights out of you.Either make a better label or silk screen it on.Two; Somebody needs to include in their variety pack a flap disc of 40 grit but with diamond interlaced.The reason is as everyone knows, millscale is impossible to remove with NORMAL abrasives.I have to do a once over with a diamond wheel first, then hit it with the 40.... Room for improvement, YES. Practical value, You Bet

I needed flap discs to sharpen my mower blades and prep some of my garden tools for repainting. Thus far these discs have held up well, and they are a perfect fit on my 4 1/2" battery powered grinder. I purposely opted for a 4 1/2" grinder to keep the disc storage space requirements to a minimum. These discs hang nicely on peg hooks and are clearly labeled so I can grab what I need when I am working in the garage workshop - all while not taking up too much valuable space!

I ordered these 2 years ago and was waiting to find a use for them. Well, I finally did. I volunteered my time to strip the paint off the wrought iron railings at our congregation meeting hall. These are 30 year old railings with many coats of paint on them. I, along with my helper ( a professional house painter) started in on the railings. First, we tried scraping the loose paint off the top railings. That got some off. But when we tried scraping the vertical balusters, nothing happened. We then went to sanding discs, nothing. I then put a 40 grit flapper disc on my hand grinder and the paint started to disappear right down to bare steel. Even the twisted balusters were no match for this flapper disc. You have to be careful that you don't apply too much pressure as this disc was actually was removing some of the steel. Also wear a full face shield to prevent anything flying off into your face. The first 7 foot railing used up 1 40 grit and 2 60 grit flapper discs. I don't honestly know how we would have removed the old paint without these discs. Really, a great product and I would recommend them.

GOOD quality....... not GREAT. you're getting what you're paying for, don't expect more.
