It's perfect for large meals for Your Family and Friends. It's a 12 X 12 cooking surface, Coated with Copper Titanium Ceramic. Shallow fry, Pan Fry, Pan Sear, Saute, Simmer, Braise, Steam and Warm. Super easy to clean. I cut a Boneless chicken breast and also cooked Sweet potatoes and Fresh Spinach. Very spacious. Super light weight and will be super easy to store. This is My Favorite Electric Skillet I have ever had in over 40 Years. This is the only brand over my lifetime that has ever proven to do exactly what is stated in its description. My husband and I live in a destination trailer and have traveled with his job for 12 years . Cooking capabilities and space are limited but this takes everything to a new level. Deepset,12 x 12 and I do everything from chili to stuffed peppers, fried potatos to casseroles. Between this exceptional pan and a slow cooker I can make amazing meals. This is my 4th or 5th Crux and I won't waste time with any others. I have never had any of the nonstick peeling that others have had and only one of mine was tempermental about having heating issues but I learned to just cook with it at a lower temperature and therefore no issues. The company has kept this affordable for years and while it may not have all the sparkle of color the others have, it has durability integrity and that beats all. I keep 2 of these at all times because I like a backup and use them simultaneously for a multitude of different cooking. By the way, cleanup is a breeze. No oil and a soft paper towel because everything just wipes clean. Treat it with respect and this electric skillet will be a longtime faithful friend!!

WOW!!! Here are a few reasons why we love this electric skillet: heats well, no hot-spots, easy to clean, great for cooking meats & fish without spattering up your stove-top, perfect for stir fries, the high sides are a huge plus for making saucy dishes like chili, spaghetti sauce and stews. It's compact, easy to store, a nice size for 2-4 people and it makes the BEST POPCORN!

purchased this to replace an older skillet that finally died. great skillet! looks good with a very large cooking surface that heats up extremely quickly. the 3 inch depth is also handy. glass lid with steam vent. overall a great buy, esp. at this price.

Awesome electric skillet, this is my first electric skillet. My stove is on it's last leg and the eye that decided to go out is the largest one so I purchased this skillet to give myself more time to purchase a new stove. I love this thing so much I don't need to rush it's easy to clean, and it's definitely non stick, temperature true to dial. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it's not detachable.

I love this electric pan. Cooking is smooth, capacity is large enough for a full family. Frying is so convenient, clean up is super easy. I’m looking for a large kettle in this brand. Will not be buying any other brand from now on.

I don't know where to start on just how much I love this skillet. I rent a master bedroom in a house, and the other tenets have kind of taken over the kitchen from long before I got here. This skillet has made preparing meals for me so easy. I just have a little dorm size fridge/freezer, a crock pot and rice cooker, an electric pot/steamer and this skillet and I'm doing just fine. I keep thinking how good it will be to have this skillet when I take my cross-country trip with my little travel trailer. It's so easy to clean, too. I just put some of my soapy water left over from my other dishes and use a sponge wand on it. That's all it takes. Just a pleasure to cook with. Eggs and potatoes in the mornings, easy. I don't think you can go wrong with this skillet. If I had a dishwasher, I don't think I'd put this in there. It's just one of those kinds of purchases you make, that the quality of the item causes you to just want to take care of it. I don't think a dishwasher would do that. I would buy this again, if I needed another one. I especially like the depth of it. Everything stays in and not around the cooking surface. Haven't had any issues with uneven heating, like I've read on some other reviews. Good purchase so far.

El anterior me duró solo 6 meses pues lo estaba usando durante varias horas seguidas y como que no es para eso. Sin embargo, es un excelente producto. Calienta rapidísimo, no se pega la comida y limpiarlo es muy fácil. Para cocinar carnes, frijoles, etc. compré una olla de cocción lenta y dejaré este sartén para cosas más ligeras. 100% recomendable.

Been using for about a year now, at least 3 or 4 times a week. Easy to clean and heat is quite even. Finally has 1 little scratch in the coating, but still works and cleans easy.

I really like deep sided electric fry pans, because one can control the heat better than on stove top, less chance of fire, no ruining burners, no scrubing stove after cooking, can be use anywhere so long as you got consistent power, cooks evenly, easier clean up of pan if you got a high quality one. Can even put it in fridge if you have to store excess if you want to. What's not to love about them.

First impression. It is a lovely design and appears very well made. Good size and the lid fits well. It heated up very quickly. I have it on my kitchen counter and the cord is so very short it will not reach the wall outlet. Come on guys, a few more inches is not going to cause accidents and is safer than using an extension cord. Around the entire outside of the pan at the top inch there are what appears to be a band of scratches in the metal which obviously happened during the manufacture of the product. It shows through the grey finish and appears whiter than the rest as if there was sticky label residue. All in all I am pleased and am sure I will enjoy using it. It would help if the plug was reversible as not all want it on the right side. I will take one star off for the shortness of the plug. Update After using it I can report it heats quickly, cooks evenly, nothing sticks and it is very easy to clean. Glad I bought it.
