Parts fit as intended into my washer.Replacement occurred a few years ago now. The parts are still holding up well.Would recommend.

My old washer was spinning roughly, and on max load size, the water would spill out on spin cycle. It also made a lot of noise on spin cycle, and would leave my clothes wet after the last spin cycle - all bad. I pulled the top and saw that one of these straps had broken. I ordered replacements, and they came in 1-day AMAZING. I installed them, which was as easy as removing (8) total screws and replacing the (4) straps. Now I am back in business again, and ready to continue to overload my washing machine :)

I was warned that any of these straps that weren't OEM would break in less than a year. I only needed to replace 2 of them and sure enough, 7 months later, the 2 new ones I bought broke. I just installed the remaining 2 and ordered another set of 4 from another company on Amazon. I'm kind of expecting the same results though. We're only 2 people so it's not like we have a ton of laundry. They are super easy to replace though.Edit; This seller contacted me and said this item has a lifetime guarantee. They are sending me a new set free of charge. As I said, they are super easy to replace so now with 8 of them, I might have enough to last the rest of the life of the machine :)

This is a continuing case of planned obsolescence. I replace these shock absorbers regularly. They all seem to fail at some time, but these cheap replacements seem as good as any, and make for simple fix for DIYers.

I needed this to replace 2 that had broken in my washer. My washer started not to make it through the spin cycle, causing my clothes not to dry. I had searched my local (Oahu, Hawaii) replacement shops.. Not sure if they only had 1 of the 2 I needed or 1 pack of 4.. either way the webpage wasn't clear but they wanted to charge $60 for 1 unit. I was like nope Amazon to the rescue. For this price I saved my family hundreds in repair costs. A few months down the line and they're working as expected. also a tip - the manufacturer suggests no matter if it's one that breaks or 3, you should always replace all four. 10 out of 10 would buy again

Exactly what my old GE washer needed. I was nearly ready to just trash the older than dirt washer but I decided to take it apart to see what was making a metal to metal clank. Low and behold 2 of these dampening straps were broken so I just replaced all four and eeeeehaaa. It works like new again!
