I was worried because Amazon marked this as a "frequently returned item". I'm keeping mine. The soapstone is heavy and beautiful. The workmanship is excellent. Whatever metal cup is mentioned in many reviews was not a part of the one I received. I had none of the cracking or leaking mentioned in other reviews, either. The description clearly says that color may vary - the one I got is greenish. I got it as a gift for my wife. She loves it so I'm happy with the purchase.

I bought this and actually use it under a terracotta planting pot to help heat up around my table. works and with melts in top smells great in there.

The media could not be loaded. I'm using this for wax melts. It seems you receive a pattern at random, not like the one pictured. I love the material it's made of and I 'loved' the color of it, until the oil from the wax changed. That was disappointing. So 4 stars.What I decided to do was unify it. So I spread wax all over and wiped it down. Now it is all one color. I would I preferred the original color, but sooner or later it would be more discolored than not, so my OCD decided to just take care of it now...

This is a decent looking diffuser. The cup that hold the wax/oil has a metal liner. The picture doesn't show the liner. It looks like it's glued into place. I think it would look better without the metal liner as it's shiny and stands out.

Just as described. I use it to melt the unused candle wax when the wick is done but wax still usable.

My only complaint is the the top bowl turned dark so it is a different color from the base now. Could be user error. Otherwise very nice and goes well with stone carving decor we bought in India.

I've order two of these now. The first one arrived with a big crack in the bowl. Not surprisingly, it leaked and filled the holder. I gave the company the benefit of the doubt and ordered a replacement. The bowl has many small crack all over the sides & bottom that weren't obvious without use. This one fills the holder, snuffs out the candle, and "floods" the area on which it sits. Not only this, but the bottom of the holder is rounded. It doesn't sit flat. So, it has the added bonus of wobbling all around like a table with a wonky leg. You could never use either one of these without putting them on a plate--otherwise they will ruin whatever surface they are on. They are good ways to waste candles. I can't give less than one star, but they are a -5 stars for me.
