The favorite Demo Tool on my team
I have taken this to 3-4 different projects where we demo walls and structures. This has been used on everything from drywall to concrete, it has even come in handy to lift/shift footings that have slid and need to be reset. Swinging a 16 lb sledge wears me out in 10 minutes. And using a sledge as a battering ram makes a ton of vibrations that go up the arm). This tool doesn't do that. I can swing it for a couple hours and it works awesome as a battering ram on concrete walls. YOU HAVE TO WEAR GLOVES or you will tear your hands up and get blisters. But I grab the "mouth" end with one hand and use that to get momentum to drive the "claw" end into the wall. It goes through it like butter! The weight distributed across the tool is perfect for this. No vibration at all.Often on my teams, this tool will be fought over. It never rests on the floor with the other tools. It is expensive, but my body doesn't complain for a week like using a typical sledge hammer will do to me.

the grips are awful
the grips are terrible and very uncomfortable gonna try and remove them and put some type of wrap around to make it not so bad on my hands and the reflective tape was peeling up when i got it out of the box !!!

Like I would using a sledge and crowbar
This tool defiantly lives up to its name. Was using a standard 36" crowbar prior to its arrival. To rip out a 35+ year old deck. This tool cut the demolition time to a 1/3 of what it was taking. When you only have weekends for home projects. Every minute counts. Plus didn't get completely worn out using it. Like I would using a sledge and crowbar. WORK SMARTER... NOT HARDER!!!! The $$ are worth every penny!

Smash
One of the greatest tools ever. Smash. You can smash in for longer with this - the handle's rubber minimizes vibrations. The nail remover is only good for big heads that are a bit loose. We took down several wooden buildings with these, augmenting some of the small stuff with other tools. Great fun.

I love this product. I have 2 others and the smaller version as well. These are for emergency uses in case I need to break down a door or wall for a variety of reasons.
