Avon Sun+ Sunscreen Face Lotion Broad Spectrum SPF 40-3 Oz.

It does have a strong floral fragrant odor that took awhile to adjust to as it just didn't appeal to my senses. It goes on oily-ish and it's a bit thick in its creaminess. The oiliness is not long lasting. It does not leave a white residue on my caramel brown skin.I have been battling pregnancy triggered melasma which gets worse with sun exposure so was looking for the strongest daily sunscreen I could find. This was highly recommended by consumer reports and it FEELS like it's working, so it works for me. I have one in my purse, my car and with my make up at home.

I bought this since Consumer Reports rated it as one of the best sunscreens for the face. I like it but it goes on shiny and I find I need to "mattify" it down with some powder and over time it loses some shine. My husband won't use it since it "smells too perfumey" for a man. I agree that it does have a scent and I like it but again, the scent goes away over time.

dislike only in that it tends to leak some of its oil

This is not good for sensitive skin. It turns my skin really red and almost burns until I take it off. So, I gave it to my friend who says it's a nice sunscreen and good under her make up.Be careful if you have sensitive skin!

Avon's Sunscreen Face Lotion offers good coverage with a nice, light scent. Too many sunscreens are overly scented and greasy. This one is neither. I just wish it came in a larger size!

Has a very greasy feel. I prefer the generic brand of sunscreen at Walgreen's to use on my face. Will not purchase again.

Avon sunscreen, was just ok. it didn't blend in that great and took a while longer to rub in. left more of a white residue behind.

Seems to work well as sunscreen - does not burn eyes with sweating - very important to me as my eyes are very sensitive
