The product is just fine. It was my application that wasn’t right.

Good, but whole cable was the solution
Price and quality were fine but I was unable to use it because I was not able to remove the insulation from the headphone wires. Instead, I bought a replacement cable which worked great.

Works like a charm
Broken jack on my headphones so these were perfect. No soldering was a deal breaker since I did not have a soldering iron on hand. Key tip: after you pair each respective wire from your headphone to the replacement jack, wrap each paired wire individually with electrical tape to ensure they are no longer exposed and won't touch each other. My headphones appear to have retained their audio quality for the most part so I am super satisfied with these. Extra jack will come in handy if the wire or jack breaks again.

Works well
I bought this since I was installing an aftermarket radio in my car and i wanted to keep the factory aux plug in my center console. My new unit only had a rear aux plug so it worked out well. Having two of these cables and plugging one into the factory aux port made it easy to find the appropriate wires behind the radio with my multimeter. Sound quality is good and works well for this purpose.
