Alkaline garlic bread page 92
I gave this book 4 stars, only because the alkaline keto garlic bread not turned out right. Even after numerous attempts. I think they're a glitch in the recipe. I have this book for over a year and have completed 3 complete rounds (cleanse + 21 days). I turned my daughter on to the book. After reading it, she started the plan with the family and raved about her amazing results (acne disappeared, complexion brighten, bloating diminished, weight loss, clear thinking, and more energy. She has recommended this work to several of her coworkers. Instead of the alkaline bread I just make flat bread /crackers using spelt flour. Just wish the garlic bread recipe would have been on point, as i think something is wrong with the measurements. Or maybe it's just me?

Conflicting opinions
First, if I had read the dedication, I wouldn't have bought the book. Secondly, some of the chart entries contrast sharply with other dieticians/ food scientists. Don't know why. Thirdly, it could have been made clearer if the reason pecans, pistachios, etc. are listed as alkali is because after being digested, they became so. There was little to no explanation about how HCA in our bodies break down food and change the PH composition. Several recipes looked good.

Very organized!
This book could have not come at a more better time! I was diagnosed with acid reflux today and got the book an hour later. I know an alkaline diet will help me, and the fact that the recipes are organized day by day, makes me feel less overwhelmed. Usually when I would look through a recipe book, I would be like omg there’s too much to pick from and dont know how to organize my meals. This is perfect for me and I look forward to starting!

Lovely cookbook, easy to read and to compete the recipes. Has helped me immensely. I decided not to go fully alkaline because the body isn't 100% alkaline. There has to be a little acidity from some foods for a "just right" feeling in your gut. Love it!. Thanks.
