Failure. Hair comb broke upon opening. Need replacement ASAP. Please contact me. The very moment I carefully removed the comb from the box it shattered resulting in cutting myself badly, and complete breaking of product. I use this only 1 or two times week for maybe 5 minutes. No over usage is the fault - the fault is with the manufacturer. Please contact me to replace or refund. Thank you

I purchased this and after 4 uses it completely died. I purchased a 2nd one and immediately discovered that this one was defective also. First off, it didn't come with any clear packaging around it, so I assume it was one someone had returned and resold to me. Next, when I turned it on, I could feel the electricity through the white base - almost like electrical shock. It was shooting out through a crease in the base that wasn't sealed. I read through all of the reviews and there are so many reviews stating the same things to their product - quit working after a few uses, electrical current / shock and bad wiring. I would NOT advise purchasing this product. I consider this one dangerous. Just as another reviewer noticed, this one does not specifically state APREUTY anywhere on this product and I would question if this is even a true product from that company.

I move a lot from city to city, this kit is really good for portability. I keep the items in the box, and then on my car and they would not broke (is glass made). So I use it after having some creams, 10 minutes every night. After a week my under eyes bags aren't noticeable anymore, and my skin is smother than before. Definitely good for maintaining your beauty.

I ordered this product in April and initially was having issues getting each wand to fully light up. I accounted it to user error for the first go around. The second time I manager to use the wands and the glass ends I managed to get almost all of the attachments in the kit to work. I have used this a product a total of 4 times and went to use it tonight for a 5th time on 7/27 and the entire wand would not turn on. I popped open the bottom, because that's a feature on the machine portion and the wiring inside the machine popped off! I'm leaving one star because the product had it's intended purpose of killing the bacteria under my skin but I honestly wish I could leave a ZERO star review because of the fact that I have gently used this machine less than a handful of times (since it didn't even work properly the first time I opened the box) and its broken is unacceptable.I highly recommend frequency treatment but I would suggest a more durable option. As I can't even return or exchange this item now and I invested in it for a reason.

As a licensed esthetician I would advise against purchasing this item. Returned immediately and did not use once I was able to evaluate and saw the instructions were typed with multiple errors.

I'm really enjoying using this, especially the comb attachment. I love the tingly fresh feeling after I use it on my face. It seems to bring a glow that stays all day. I'm only using it two or three times a week right now. It very easy to use too.For the price, you can't go wrong with all the attachments included.

tighten up pores and i have way less inflammation in my problem areas. used one robe (spoon) once and it no longer functions. based on violet ray ideas from over 100 years ago and seems to work. ive had it dry up acne in less than 48 hours. would recommend with the advisory that it may need replacement sooner than later.
