Chinese Characters Volume 1 (Chinese Edition) Paperback – July 1, 2017

If you sign up for Coursera, there's a course on Chinese characters which was developed by Peking University. It's free to audit, but you can pay to get an official certificate. It is for this course that you will want this workbook. I have started the course and just got the workbook and really like it. I really think writing the characters is important so this helps lot. Overall I would say it's worth it for sure.

This book is great in itself, but it is aldo a companion for a free cursera module on chinese characters. It is a basic course, but will provide a good fundation for future learning. To really benefit ftom it I woild suggest combining it with a language course.
